Had a great experience today with Parker and Damien! Parker showed me my air filter which looked pretty dirty to me and said, it's good, you don't need to replace it yet. He even showed me how to check it myself! He could have very easily said yeah you need to replace this and charged me to do so. I'm helped finish out my transaction and was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for fast, affordable, honest, careful service!

These guys were so nice, Efficient, and helpful. I went in for an oil change and tire check. A problem happened that could have occurred while driving. These guys helped me my problem and went above and beyond their job description to help. Thank you so much! I highly recommend their business.

Super fast, super efficient and a great value! I won’t be going anywhere else for my oil changes, anymore. As a woman, I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other oil change places because of how the employees have spoken to me, but everyone at Costa was very kind and considerate!

First time getting an oil change here and I will definitely be coming here for my oil changes from now on. Super professional and polite. Helpful and honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need. Also didn’t try to talk to me like I was stupid because I’m a female which a few other oil places around here like to do. Thank you for a great experience!

It really was a quick oil change! The mechanics were very polite, respectful and kind. They were informative and the prices were actually very very reasonable. Must recommend for anyone that needs to get their oil changed!

The guys were great and I had a coupon from Facebook, so it was extremely affordable! I always feel awkward or rushed but definitely felt comfortable and it was done super fast! Would definitely recommend and will be back!!

Today while scrolling Facebook REELS I found an ad for Costa. The ad was in it's entirety and is pictured below. When I got to Costa I referenced the ad and stated I would like the $50 full synthetic special. When they were done, I was told it would be $79.99. I explained the ad said $50. I was that I needed to have read the fine print and that extra oil and a filter was extra. I was not told this BEFORE they just did it. The Facebook REELS ad has NO FINE PRINT to read. Upon further investigation, the ad on their actual Facebook page does. However, this is not the ad that I saw on Facebook REELS. I even showed them a screenshot. I was told "you should be able to scroll down." No! You cannot scroll down on Facebook REELS! Make ads CONSISTENT and inform customers upon arrival of the ad details if they are not fully disclosed in the ad (again, this information is not disclosed in the REELS ad). I did not really have an extra $30 to spend. I should have just went to Lube Depot like normal, who actually doesn't have any deceptive advertising or hidden costs. I've pictured the REELS ad that lead me to go to Costa, and my receipt.
