Robin and her team were very personable and helpful. This was my first time to this particular location but it was easy to get to. I came in to get my battery replaced. My appointment was at 10 am. After being check in by Artem, I waited in the spacious lobby. There are two flat screen TVs, ample seating area, snacks, and cold bottled water. At 10:45 am, my car was ready. I was notified by text and Artem walked over to let me know as well. I check out and was on my way. I loved the speedy service and I especially loved the warm and inviting experience the team provided while I waited. Thank you Team Abington for not skimping on customer service and relationship building.

I brought my car in for it's yearly inspection. Service was good. So glad they didn't add repairs in order to pass inspection. R McCarthy provided superb customer service. I gave 4 stars because it took a couple of weeks to get an appointment and by the time of my appointment I had already received a ticket for an expired inspection sticker. I wish my car had alerted me or the dealership had sent some kind of notification by email.

Trying to get my car in for inspection and all the service it needed has been a big headache for me and an annoyingly prolonged time coming due to new issues my car was coming up with that needed to be addressed and a busy schedule to work around, so I was initially not excited to work with a new service station, but I was incredibly impressed by the reliable and personable communication by the staff here! They worked out a way to get a loaner car to me when I needed it, and kept me up-to-date on parts and where my car was in the service process. The Acura of Abington team really made my whole car situation way easier and with friendlier people than I was expecting, and now my car is (finally) up to code and working properly! Shout-out to Brad and Steve for being my cheery car guys on the ground!
