Just got my oil changed done there tire rotation my tires are direction to put my tires back on in the wrong direction. The tech is an idiot.

The morning of my unexpected visit I noticed that my driver's side headlight was out... not working. It was 7:30am and I jyst dropped the kids off at school. I headed to Bryner Chevorlet and with in an hour and a half I was on way home. This was done without an appointment. While I was there, the customer service representative (Lindsay S), also notified me that upon my next visit which will be my yearly inspection, that I should have my brakes serviced. She was very thorough and give me a price. As always I was very satisfied with my experience at the dealership.

Steve (my service rep.) was very nice, professional, and courteous. My mechanic Mr. Gruenbaum (sp?) performed great workmanship on my car. And The young woman at the cashier desk was very kind, sweet and efficient Thank you Bryners!

Added $400 of services that were not discussed. Charged a fee to use a credit card. Service tech and customer service tech got into an argument in front of customers. Terrible experience.
