I have been taking my 2017 Ford Focus to Future Ford of Clovis for the past 3 years, and I have always been assigned to Samantha. She always takes care of me, my concerns, and truly wants to help. My knowledge about cars is very little, but she takes the time to walk me through areas that need attention or look good in ways that I can understand. In regard for pricing, Sam has always been incredibly transparent about prices, warranty coverage, etc. which as a consumer , I truly appreciate. Lastly, when my car was in service and it took longer than the quoted time, they not only worked around and assisted me with my work schedule, but they also made sure I was looped in on every aspect of the service while also providing me amazing customer service. I appreciate the service manager reaching out to me directly on his own and talking to me about it all. I always feel taken care of at Future Ford of Clovis, especially with Samantha’s assistance. No parts bad service ,it takes 5 hrs to change battery,worst experience that I have..will never come back

Bad business be careful be warned they will up charge you for added service. These charges will be for work not performed keep you eye on this dealer.

This place is the most corrupt place to get car service. They took my vehicle back for a couple of hours and did absolutely nothing and still charged me for it.

I've had a pretty mixed experience here. I've had my 2017 Focus stuck in their service center for almost a combined month (on the same issue) so far this year, despite regular maintenance. If it actually gets that far, i might be fighting them over lemon laws. The communication is terrible, unless you get extremely lucky and have a service advisor that actually gives a damn. They're borderline impossible to get ahold of during mid-day, and the lack of accountability to follow-up on voice-mails left in the service mailbox is absolutely unacceptable. The only reason i'm not rating 1 star, is because they at least take care of a lot of smaller things, like towing, or rides to and from the shop. As someone who gets sick of riding the bus, it's a nice gesture, at least.
