Toyota of Clovis Service and Parts

My experience at Toyota Service and parts was great, I was able to get the inspection for my car service under an adequate amount of time and the outcome was good. Mechanic staff was able to detect the vehicle problem and fixed it. Also, I was provided with a lift ride twice free of charge as needed to transport to my destinations while my vehicle was under maintenance. Very good costumer service from the representative helping me through out the process. Second Great experience overall.

Service was prompt when i arrived and accommodated my requirements without problems. Ended up waiting for the work to be completed and the waiting area is quite reasonable. Work was well done and same as estimated. Like the way they advise of probable upcoming required service. Also liked not having people try to sell me a lot of things I didn’t need. Would definitely recommend this service department.

Great customer service! Billy always makes sure we get the best service and what is needed. I used to take my car to get oil change and service at other pit stops, but since I've been coming to Toyota to Billy, I have continued to return to this location. He'll take care of your car needs and go above and beyond to ensure you're all set. I would recommend this location if you're considering it. You won't regret it!

A trustworthy service that encompasses its staff as well. It is in my nature to use the same service representative when bringing in my vehicles. This is likely from developing a friendship and trust over time with that representative. It is reassuring to see others (customer service representatives) step-in and provide the same quality service, which I experienced during my last visit--my go to rep was off that day.

Superior, exemplary customer service from an auto place! I am and always have been very cautious of ANY auto shop—there are many dishonest people in this world. But I never have anxiety coming here to Toyota in Clovis. I have been coming here for 2 years and have always been treated well, thoroughly, and in a timely manner! On several occasions, I dealt with Paul—he is just the best! Very professional, thorough, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable! During this most recent visit, I had the opportunity to interact with Paul once again regarding my car. He did not disappoint—as always, provided exemplary customer service! Everyone at Toyota Clovis Service Department should follow Paul’s lead!

Such great service ! I love that they take a video of everything they’re doing and send it to you to review, so great! Everyone there has great customer service, from the salesman who sold me my car Joaquin to the techs that assisted with my questions Elias and the other guy that was in the video 10/10 service. They’re all super knowledgeable and really addressed all my concerns 🫶🏽 fantastic place ! If you’re interested in a Toyota just come to the Clovis one
