The service department improperly removed my F-150's heat shield while completing an oil change. It looks as though they tore through the screw holes and proceeded to secure it with zip ties afterwards. The only explanation given to me was that "Michigan roads" are tough and the damage was most likely caused by driving instead of poor execution on their part.

Every time I go to Suburban Ford of Waterford they make me feel like they have known me for years. They greet me by name when I walk in. What a great place to get service on my vehicle. They are always fair with the amount I pay for repairs. I will be coming back for years to come.

Made a 7am appointment online and dropped the car off the night before. At 4:30pm the car had not even been looked at yet. The advisor, Curtis: - told me the appointment was just to get the process started. - could not tell me if the parts for the brake job I requested in the online appointment were available or not. We picked the car up and made an appointment at Village Ford. We have to wait a few days and it's a little further drive, but my experience with them is they'll be sure to at least start servicing your car for a set appointment time. I couldn't tell when anything was going to happen at Suburban Ford of Waterford.

had an appointment, dropped car off. car was there for 2 weeks and still no one had even looked at it. pick a better dealer before taking your car in for work!

I am very impressed with the new updates and upgrades from the service department. The video update from the mechanic and real time updates in the form of a check list as the inspection is completed really elevated my experience. There were too many great features of my encounter to list and I have nothing negative to say. Great job, I hope they keep up this high standard of service!

Adrian was very helpful and patient. My vehicle was with service for quite a bit of time (hold up on Engineering side), I had no trouble with the loaner process, communication. Whenever I asked for an update my tech was able to communicate with Adrian (my service advisor) in a reasonable time.

The Fast Lane Quick Lane service at this Ford dealership in Waterford is great. The advisors are friendly and knowledgeable, the technicians do good work, and the staffing level is good so the wait time is very reasonable.
