Of course I'd give a zero if I could. Got a confirmation email of my order and have heard nothing since. Unfortunately when cursoring through the email a suspicious link popped up. Haven't been able to pull up the website anymore. Called the phone number, that gives some kind of conglomerate companies spiel. Emailed with no response of course. Wished I had read these reviews first. Did get some other companies website from this info, but they don't carry what I need. And to add insult to injury I now find it on ebay who I trust more. Stopped payment soon as I didn't get email response.

The product we received was perfect and arrived very quickly. When we had difficulty installing the fireplace in the existing space in our RV, I contacted customer service and they were responsive and offered to return it for free if it did not work. It works perfectly, so we now have a fireplace again.

Someone once said "Good customer service is NOT when everything goes good but what is done when things DON'T go well". This one sentence seems to describe Flair Distribution customer service. I ordered a 17" Greystone Range for our RV. Paid for "first out of the warehouse service". The very next I received "Shipped Notice" from Flair. Come to find out that only the shipping label was created and that's all. Sent 3 emails to Jason (one of the owners and the ONLY published email contact) all 3 went unanswered. Called Customer service and spoke with an actual person who stated that he did not know what happened and would call the warehouse to find out why the order didn't ship and would call me back that same afternoon (I had called at 800am and was informed, during the call, that the warehouse didn't open until 9am).I told him that's acceptable. He never called back. I made numerous attempts to call customer service only to receive a response from the Voice Response Unit (a computer generated reposonse) that no one was available and leave a message. Never got a call back. Called several times over the next 4 days and got the same message. On the 17th made a call near your closing time and the was routed to one of the other owners cell phone. Now comes the part made-up for the previous. He listened to my concerns, would check out my issue and would call me back shortly. He did so within 10 minutes. Your distributor did not deliver the product as anticipated. Which is understandable and an acceptable answer. Told me that it was in would have it out the day (which it WAS). Things didn't go as originally expected, but last part was Excellent customer service. I would give you 5 stars but failure of your agent brought it down but the owner, that I spoke rescued you. Order 15122. Jason, look it up and check your email for particulars. Kudos to one of the other owners.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered a full kit to redo our roof and we didn't receive the membrane in the box. Once we finally got ahold of them they said they would ship it out and get a confirmation & tracking to us the next day. They never did! Now we can't get ahold of anyone and can't get a returned phone call. To top it off our 5th wheel is sitting and waiting and it's now suppose to rain. Yes it has tarps on it but seriously, we shouldn't have to worry about this since we planned accordingly and this terrible company failed us. If there is any damage to our 5th wheel do to their incompetence I will be furious!!!

If I could give a zero I would! This company completely screwed my camping trip. The did not ship my product for several days, when tracking it, I noticed it hadnt left yet, just fedex label created. Supposedly my matieral was damaged and returned, yet 5 days have passed and no one notfied me. I had to cancel a camping trip we had planned as no roof on my camper now and lost $114 cancelling my reservation. Flairs response ' Have a pleasant day"

This company has no one to answer their phones, does not return phone calls, does not respond to emails and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. i ordered a thermostat over two weeks ago, been charged on my credit card and have not received any shipment date. i would recommend you steer clear of this company. i would give 0 stars if i could.
