They don't understand what an appointment is but the head mechanic doing the work seemed very knowledgeable and was able to get what I needed done. He needs help so he's not spending so much time talking to customers and doing his scheduled work then he won't be behind.

Dropped our vehicle off and met with them and the insurance adjuster around noon, we have rear end damage to our jeep wrangler that busted out the back glass. They said to leave the jeep there because they were going to start on it (replace the glass) first thing this morning. We weren't sure if we should leave it there because the glass was missing and we were worried it would get broken into or stollen. They told us to leave it there and said since the back glass was broken they'd make sure it was secured in the building. This was repeated several times and they assured us this would happen. My wife drove by there at 1:30 am that night and found our jeep still sitting in the same spot in the front parking lot right against the street completely unsured , we bring it back home. The saddest part is they don't even know it missing they close at in 2 hours and they obviously didn't start working on it first thing this morning. I guess they aren't responsible for loss or thieft so why care right.
