I called them and described the problem, came and showed my Ford Transit350 to make sure that they could lift it on a lift and the van would drive through their gates, they called an appointment for the next day in the morning, came the next day, waited until 3 pm, at 3 pm they said they would accept it tomorrow morning, the next day they refused to repair my van because it turned out that it was big. The van stood in front of their lift for 2 days, and they could not understand whether they could repair it. Replacing a rear bearing takes 2 hours, but it turned out that they were not able to do it, they refused to talk to me and hung up the phone, said that they only change oil and wheels.my bearing started humming on the way from detroit to wisconsin and i pulled off the highway and stopped at this shop after calling them making sure they would take me in. i stopped by to show them the van and make sure they could fix it and they confirmed it to me making an appointment for the next morning but they didnt take me they moved the appointment to the next day.I sat in the car for 2 days waiting for an appointment and on Wednesday they kicked me out of the workshop.

scheduled an alignment online for 6PM. Received a call within about 5 minutes letting me know there would not be a tech available that late. Re-scheduled for 7AM the next morning. Upon arrival, was greeted with a smile, vehicle taken in and alignment performed. Took about 30-40 minutes, end result is all measurements in the green. Super awesome for the road trip I was taking that day. Van drove awesome and super happy with the store, staff, tech, and vehicle left clean and ready to go.

Places an order online and made the appointment online. Showed up to my scheduled appointment only to be told the tire I ordered online was not available and the tire they did have was double the price. I understand that things happen as far as product availability and potential inventory discrepancies, but why isn't the manager or an assigned person checking the orders and reaching out ahead of appointments to let customers know that their orders can't be filled, give them options ahead of the appointment so the customer doesn't feel pressured into buying whatever is available. It feels a bit skeezy, back handed and con artsy to do this to customers. I would have been easy less annoyed about the price increase if it wasn't just sprung on me, this is bad for your business and I hope you make some changes to better communicate with paying customers. I did get a good quality tire in the end and the overall wait time was minimal.

At 9 PM my tire blew and I was panicking because I needed to be at work at 8:30 AM the next day. At the suggestion of the tow company I made an appointment online to have my tires replaced at this Firestone location because they were the only place open at 7 AM. I called as soon as they opened to confirm my appointment, and they let me know that I had accidentally scheduled the appointment for the wrong day. They were still able to take me at 7 AM same day, and worked fast to be able to have a full vehicle inspection and all four tires replaced before I had to leave for work. Anthony at the front desk was amazing and kind, and helped me get in and out as fast as possible and saved me money. I would recommend this place 1000 times over!

Had new tires installed at Costco, and since they don't do alignments, their tire rep recommended I go to Firestone for an alignment. Went on the Firestone website and easily scheduled an appointment for the next day after the tire installation. Anthony at the West Saginaw location in Lansing was professional, friendly, and welcoming when I entered the store a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. A comfortable waiting area. Completed the alignment faster than predicted, and then he explained all aspects of the alignment with a printout showing the tolerances for each tire and where they fell within the ranges. Five star process and service. I would return to this location in the future if I need tire work or service.
