I took my Wrangler into Phil and the service center end of September for an electrical issue. Picked it up in November, because of the auto workers strike, parts weren't available and it took awhile to fix. The original issue resurfaced upon leaving. Called and took it back. I got it back today fixed. There were huge issues along the way, the problem came down to an aftermarket trailer brake system shorting out. My warranty company wouldn't cover all the man hours they had into it. Jeremy Vorhees, the new Service Manager and Phil, my service advisor, went way above and beyond to get this issue solved. I know people have had issues with Champion Service department before, but I'm here to tell you they have far exceeded my expectations. From The Techs all the way to the new service manager, they made me feel like they truly care about their customers and make sure you walk away happy! I would highly recommend the Champion Service department for all your vehicle needs.

Got a recall notice on my dodge. I scheduled my car for a week later just to get there and be told that they didn't have the part. The guy who was supposed to be helping me had a temper and told me he would call me later that day to reschedule for tomorrow as the part would be in by then. I reached out to them later that day as i didn't hear anything back i got told the guy would get back to me never did. Myself and my family have all bought cars from them but after this. Clearly they don't care about the safety of their customers.
