The body shop manager, Jeff, takes the worst pictures I have ever seen. He had me pull up in direct sunlight, then had polarized sunglasses on and admitted to not being able to see the phone screen. I had to point out the damage on my headlights to him. Not hard to see the gouges from the hail on my headlights. He played "Devil's Advocate" with me, as he said, the entire time I was there, making me anxious as heck. Only he was just flat out telling me there's no way this is going to be fixed and then I found out he didn't even put the damage on my headlights in the insurance claim he wrote up. I am so disappointed in State Farm for sending me here as they are a preferred service center. Very disappointing and now I have to miss another day of work to get another shop to look at it. Would not recommend the creepy old white guy, go to a shop where they still have passion for service to customers.

Didn't use the body shop had my jeep Wrangler in for soom maintenance the Mechanic that worked on it had grease hands All on my front fender and hood and never cleaned it I even said something wouldn't clean

I just went to get estimates. A guy at service counter asked me what insurance company take. I answered then he laughed and said they don’t give enough money. I even couldn’t get estimates.
