If I could give zero stars, I would. For the 3rd time in a row, my tires were not rotated as requested. Tires rotated are noted on the invoice, but yet again, no rotation. I want my money back for the lifetime rotation because you just dont privide the service. I placed chalk marks on the front tires to make sure. The chalk is still on the front tires. In a addition, my vehicle is never done on time. Not even close. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 am, which was my appointment time. I was asked what time I would need my vehicle. Is said no later than noon. I showed up just before noon and my truck was still sitting there with no oil change and no tire rotation. This is a common theme every time I have a vehicle serviced at firestone. The service provided is poor. It makes me doubt my oil was changed. One more thing, the vehicle inspections you claim you are doing are suspect. Last July I had my vehicle serviced and it was noted that my coolant was fine. That same weekend I went to the dealer for a warranty claim. They informed me that my coolant reservoir was almost empty. WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS STORE? I thought I would add pics of my two front tires with liar check chalk on them.

Overall my customer service experience was pretty decent, my main issue is that I came in for an alignment (I paid for a lifetime alignment) my steering wheel was turned slightly to the left, and I also had a complaint of a clunk going over bumps. I just had my front shocks, axels, and control arms replaced. They couldn’t figure out where my clunk was coming from and I lived with it for another week, also my steering wheel is now turned to the right, I took my car into another shop and within less than 2 minutes they found that my upper sway bar end-link nut was on only finger tight, considering Firestone supposedly checked everything and confirmed that with me and claimed to have been unable to find the clunk this was a pretty shocking and potentially dangerous discovery. If that came off it could have caused a massive and very expensive amount of damage. We tightened up that nut with a little thread lock to keep it from potentially coming loose again but now I’m a little nervous to bring my car back again as I feel like the service I was told I received was not what I actually received. I dropped off my car at this location on Saturday March/22/25 for oil change and general checks to see if there is anything needed to be done. Mind you this is my 3rd time doing maintenance with them. 1st time they forgot to reset my dashboard after oil change I had to go back for them to do it, not a big deal they just forgot it. 2nd time I asked them to change oil and to do general check if anything need to be done they ended up changing oil but didn’t do any other checks. Third time this past weekend I dropped my car off for oil change and general checks, I picked up my car then I realized the dashboard still has a message saying “maintenance required”. I stopped by at the shop this morning and complained about it bcoz at this point I don’t even know if they changed oil or not. I have another appointment tomorrow Tuesday noon to change left headlight bulb and after I complained this morning about not sure if the engine oil was changed the guy was like “just drop the car tomorrow for your headlight appointment and will double check to see if the oil change was done” mind blowing. They also wanted to charge me $113.48 to change the left front headlight bulb saying that it would take at least 45 minutes bcoz they have to take the front bumper out. I went to Greulich this morning they were able to change the bulb in 5 minutes and they didn’t charge me anything. Be careful with them am pretty sure they are lying about many things just to make people get some job done that is not needed at their cars. I have a lifetime wheel alignment with them but I will never to this place again.

This Review is late, I’m so terribly sorry, but I do keep my Word, though delayed. There are a few steps to get to my point, so stick with me. Austin from Firestone is my ultimate goal. I’ll compliment him out the door. His Customer Service is a breath of fresh air when we needed it to be exactly that. My Husband left some work clothes in the vehicle upon the return of the rental, and Sir Dude Austin was so very accommodating, non dismissive. Our world has been turned upside down, and he comes along friendly as ever . Thank you, most sincerely, Austin. You gave us an easy memory amidst trying times. My Husband and I were in a pretty brutal car accident the day after Christmas, it totaled our vehicle. We were busted up in the process. We needed a rental as a stand in. Being in a vehicle that’s not your own can be uncomfortable, especially when you’re not traveling , and you bring it home. When we returned it, realized we left items behind, oh my gosh !!! Now refer to the paragraph above about the wonderful Mr. Austin from Firestone, and this completes the Review.

I have been living in Arizona for a few years and tried out a few different auto shops due to feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I started going to Firestone in Mesa one year ago and will not go anywhere else anymore! Each time I have gone, I feel they address any concerns I have with my car and don't try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. For example, a different auto shop told me that my serpentine belt was in very poor condition and needed to be changed out. I mentioned this to Austin, the manager, when I took my car into Firestone for an oil change. I got a call back later in the day stating that they would be happy to change out the serpentine belt if I really wanted them to, but they felt it was in good condition and did not need to be changed otherwise . I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism displayed whenever I go!
