Faith Works Automotive Introduce

Welcome to Faith Works Automotive, located at 2855 S Alma School Rd UNIT 101, Mesa, AZ 85210, USA. As a local Auto Repair Station, Faith Works Automotive aims to provide comprehensive automotive services to the Mesa community. The customer reviews present a stark contrast in experiences, with one highlighting exceptional kindness and support, particularly for those in vulnerable situations, while another reports significant issues with appointment handling and disrespectful treatment. This suggests that while Faith Works Automotive has the potential to offer outstanding customer care, there may be inconsistencies in their service delivery.

Details about the specific environment of Faith Works Automotive are not extensively provided in the reviews. However, a typical auto repair station would include service bays equipped with the necessary tools and diagnostic equipment, as well as a customer waiting area. The positive review's emphasis on the kindness and compassion of every person the customer interacted with suggests a potentially welcoming and supportive atmosphere within the shop.

As an Auto Repair Station, Faith Works Automotive likely offers a range of services to address various vehicle needs. Based on the customer reviews, these services appear to include:

  • General Auto Repair: The positive review mentions the shop handling a "difficult job" with multiple issues arising on a PT Cruiser, indicating their capability to perform general auto repairs.
  • Vehicle Diagnostics: The negative review mentions making an appointment for diagnostics, suggesting this is a service offered. However, the experience indicates potential issues with the efficiency and timeliness of this service.
  • Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspections: The positive review highlights the shop performing an inspection on a new car purchase, demonstrating their willingness to assist with pre-purchase evaluations.
  • Towing Assistance: The shop assisted a customer with a tow, indicating they may offer or facilitate towing services for vehicles needing repair.
  • Transportation Assistance: The positive review mentions the shop helping with transportation while the customer's car was being repaired, suggesting they may offer loaner vehicles, shuttle services, or other forms of transportation assistance.
  • Answering Customer Questions: The staff took the time to answer all of the positive reviewer's questions and ensured they never felt stupid or like an inconvenience, highlighting a commitment to customer education and clear communication in at least one instance.

The customer reviews present very different perspectives on the features and service quality at Faith Works Automotive:

  • Exceptional Kindness and Compassion (Positive Review): The standout feature highlighted in the positive review is the extraordinary level of kindness and compassion shown by every person the customer interacted with. This suggests a strong emphasis on empathetic customer service, particularly for those facing challenging circumstances.
  • Going Above and Beyond (Positive Review): The shop went "literally everything in their power" to help the customer, including assisting with transportation and a tow, indicating a willingness to exceed typical service expectations.
  • Support During Difficult Times (Positive Review): The shop provided significant emotional and practical support during a stressful period for the customer, positioning themselves as more than just a repair shop.
  • Help with New Car Purchase (Positive Review): Their involvement in inspecting a new car for the customer demonstrates a commitment to long-term customer care beyond just repairing existing vehicles.
  • Disrespectful Treatment by Management (Negative Review): In stark contrast, the negative review describes disrespectful behavior from a person claiming to be the manager ("Ozzy"). This raises serious concerns about the professionalism of at least one member of the management team.
  • Poor Appointment Handling (Negative Review): The negative experience involved a significant delay in a scheduled diagnostic appointment, with the vehicle not being looked at several hours after the appointment time. This indicates potential issues with appointment scheduling and workflow management.
  • Lack of Communication (Negative Review): The customer was kept on hold for an extended period without an answer, highlighting poor communication and a lack of responsiveness.
  • Dismissive Attitude (Negative Review): The alleged manager reportedly told the dissatisfied customer to take their truck and not return, indicating a dismissive and unprofessional approach to addressing customer concerns.

Choosing Faith Works Automotive as your local Auto Repair Station in Mesa, AZ, presents a complex decision based on the contrasting customer experiences. The overwhelmingly positive review paints a picture of a shop that goes above and beyond in providing compassionate and supportive service, treating customers with exceptional kindness and offering assistance beyond just vehicle repairs. This level of care can be particularly valuable for individuals new to the area or those unfamiliar with car maintenance.

However, the negative review raises serious concerns about the professionalism and customer service provided in at least one instance, particularly by someone claiming to be the manager. Issues with appointment handling, lack of communication, and disrespectful treatment are significant red flags that potential customers should consider. The stark contrast between these two experiences suggests a potential inconsistency in service quality or management approach.

For local users in Mesa, AZ, considering Faith Works Automotive, it would be prudent to weigh both the exceptionally positive and the significantly negative feedback. If you value a shop that prioritizes kindness and support and are willing to potentially overlook organizational inconsistencies, Faith Works Automotive might be an option. However, it would be advisable to inquire about their appointment procedures and customer service protocols when you contact them. Faith Works Automotive Customer Reviews

I am so so so beyond grateful for this shop! I moved here to AZ and have very little friends and no family. My PT cruiser had been giving me trouble, and I was looking for a shop I could trust that could walk me (a very anxious, inexperienced, no car knowledgeable girl) through the process. My car was proven to be a difficult job, with many things coming up. Every single person I interacted with was SO GOOD to me durning my hardest time! I’m talking calling them crying and them showing me nothing but kindness and compassion and doing literally everything in their power to help me through this. They helped me with transportation while my car was in the shop, helped me with a tow, answered every question I had and never once made me feel stupid or like an inconvenience. After everything this shop and I went through together (again them saving the day multiple times basically) I decided to retire the PT and get myself a new car. And they were there for that part of the process as well. They did an inspection on my new car and helped give me the ease that my new purchase was working out. I left what would normally be a very difficult situation feeling cared for and taken care of. So so beyond grateful so this place! Will continue to work with them in the future, with whatever it is I may need and I KNOW they will be there!

Place sucks .. made a appointment monday morning for Thursday at 8am for diagnostics .. by 11:30 am was kept on hold with no answer... called back from different number and was told another hour .. went by in person .. guy saying he was manager Ozzy . Was disrespectful and still wasn't able to do a diagnostic. When i asked why it was taking so long when i set a appointment 2 days before and they still haven't looked at my vehicle. He stated he had more important things to do and to take my truck and not come back if I feel that way .. i have video if any intrested in the way they treat us

If you’re determining where to take your car for repairs, look no further. Faith Works is the place to be. John, Zach, and all team members are very friendly, courteous, and professional. Our 2011 Jeep started overheating and was unable to drive further. We needed it and attempted to make an appointment asap. Unfortunately they did not have anything available at the time so we called another garage to take a look at it. That experience was awful to say the least. That garage basically told us right away we needed a new engine without even looking at it. Bad practice. In the end, that other garage quoted us an insane amount to basically replace everything BUT the engine. Bad business. I called Faith Works again with that news. But instead of telling me a basically need a new car, they said they will take a look at it first and focus on getting the car road worthy again. Here is where FW differs from others: Without making any assumptions they investigated the car and came back the same day with a few repairs which was literally a fraction of what we were quoted by the other place. Not only that, they had it completed in a mere 2 days. No attitudes, no issues, just what you would expect from a great garage. It is always a great day at Faith Works and I highly recommend them for all your car repair needs. Thanks all at Faith Works 🙏

We took our daughters car. They did a full review of the car. Took pictures of parts that were repaired. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Cost Very reasonable.
