My experience with Firestone midway mall left me feeling completely taken advantage of and just plain silly for trusting Cordell, the sales rep who “helped” me & the whole Firestone complete auto care. Firestone received my ford fusion off of aaa tow service due to a dead battery & alternator, which I made Cordell aware of & he continued to insist I proceed to approve of $120 full diagnostic to determine what was wrong with the car. Me, being a mother of a 5 month old accepted only for them to tell me I needed an alternator. I felt robbed. I called surrounding Firestone auto care stores to find out they would have charged $40 for the diagnostic that reads the battery alternator & starter…I thought Cordell was trying to help me . 😕 he seemed nice at first , turns out he was taking advantage of me. I was naive and only did my research after impulsively allowing them to replace the battery and run their test & over $400 later I got my car out of there before they tried to charge me almost 1,500 to replace the alternator. My experience with Firestone midway mall was stressful for my whole family and I would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!

Came in for an oil change. Friendly service, I asked for oil change only. Nothing else. The services adviser repeated it back to me. I confirmed nothing else. My bill can to $105.00. For things I did not want. When I questioned about the things that done. I couldn't get a answer about why the other things were done. He also said it was do to prices going up. I have never paid for an oil change before at the price of 105.00.

I’ve been going to Firestone for a bit now and recently took my jeep there for some issues i was Having. Was quoted $2800 and told all work is absolutely necessary to get done ASAP. I was Like $2800 is insane for the minor issue i was having but I’m no mechanic. I take It for a second opinion at a different place and they tell me something completely different is wrong and the cost would be $500. So happy i did not go to Firestone. My vehicle runs great now and i saved Myself $2200 by not going to Firestone who diagnosed my car incorrectly!

I had half my bumper get knocked off after something on I80 hit my car. This is NOT something Firestone deals with typically but they bolted it down for me so I could dive the 300+ miles home safely. They were kind and quick and truly came to my aid. I'm incredibly grateful that despite having a limited holiday staff they took care of me and my family.

I was excited to go there after they agreed to do a last minute tire repair when all other shops i called were busy. When I got there, a customer was understandably upset (but not out of line). I guess they rescheduled his appointment, then didn't have his tires when they said they did. And when the guy expressed his discontent, the man behind the counter said to "take it up with the tire company" then brushed him off to answer the phone. The customer said "why are you walking away from me while we are talking!" The shop guys said that he can leave if he's going to be rude. But in my opinion it was the worker who was rude. Once I seen how they treat their customers, I decided I didn't want to give him my business. So I walked out with my flat tire. I hope that customer left a review too. I'm sick of bad customer service
