Bud and his technician were incredible! He went above and beyond and I am so happy I chose this location. I won’t be going anywhere else for oil change or tires EVER!

Last week I went in to another shop for a tire rotation and the guys showed me that one of my tires had a pretty big air bubble that didn’t look like road hazard damage. They said it should be covered under manufacturing warranty because there are no signs of hits and the tires are brand new from the Nissan dealership, car bought 8 months ago. I called Nissan and they said the manufacturing warranty for the tires goes through Bridgestone directly. I call Bridgestone and they said I could get a warranty tire replacement at Firestone locations at no cost, provided that they verified that the issue was manufacturing of course. I live next to this Firestone, so I went in a week ago. The guy at the front barely listens to me and sends me home because “I didn’t buy the tire from them and I don’t have their protection plan”. I called Bridgestone again, and they sent me back to Firestone saying “this is not a protection plan issue it’s a warranty and they sell our tires so they should do this for you”. I go back to this very same Firestone location, and the same guy now finally inspects the tire, grabs my name and phone and says “the store manager isn’t here but I’ll have him call you back”. I waited a week, never received a phone call, now the tire is flat. I’ll happily pay $300 to have a more trusted shop replace it for me, and will never do business with Bridgestone or Firestone again. I’d rather pay for my safety than leave my life in the hands of people who don’t care. You guys are lucky this tire didn’t blow out as I’m going 70mph on the highway. You knew about this issue for a whole week (actually 10 days, Wednesday through Friday following week when it went flat) and did nothing.

The man who served my needs very well is named “Bud” and he has impeccable integrity! I went in for front break only work. As work began, he found that my car did not need that service at this time; and HE TOLD ME! Instead, my rear breaks were in need and he took care of them promptly and effectively! I can trust this place!
