Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in Saturday morning on my way to a Women’s Ministry event when my tire light illuminated. I was driving out of the area and stopped at Firestone to see if my vehicle was roadworthy. Gowayne checked all four tire pressures and discovered a nail in my front right tire. I didn’t want to risk the chance of driving out of an abundance of caution. Gowayne scheduled the repair for the had the last appointment available. I was very happy and had a peace of mind after it was repaired. The good news is that the same conference is being held in Boulder City this Friday, so I wouldn’t miss out on the scriptural message. Gowayne was very nice, understanding and treated me with dignity and respect. Thank you for having excellent service employees. Agape love and blessings.

I've been coming to this Firestone for years and have always had a great experience. I usually call in the morning and request a schedule for my services needed. I don't think I've ever had to wait for more than an hour and a half for my care to be done. I have to say, they once convinced me to get the lifetime alignment and it's well worth it! It paid for itself within a year! Great and friendly staff too!!

Frank was great; he was friendly, kind, and swift to address my concerns about my vehicle. He put my work order in quickly, and I was on my way out the door to have them work on my vehicle. Frank was also prompt in calling me with recommendations and was a pleasure to deal with. Also, the rest of the staff was great as well; picking up and paying for my vehicle was fast and easy, with no problems at all. Also, it was done the same day as well. This location was fantastic, and I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I had the opportunity to work with Gowayne and his team when I took my F150 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and the fact that he didn’t try to up-sell me on everything. He showed me the tire tread on my vehicle and we talked about getting new tires in 6 month. I never felt pressure to “buy now”. I recommend this location to all my family.

I had a great experience at Firestone on Silverado Ranch last month. My elderly father in law’s car needed tires replaced. I spoke to Gowayne at this location and he was able to get me a set of tires the same day. He kept us informed on the progress and called when the vehicle was finished. He explained that they also did a free alignment check and was assured that everything was per factory specs. Will definitely go back to this location. Gowayne and his team did an outstanding job.

I was in the store the other day and Gowayne was taking care of me it was busy and he acknowledged me right away and when I made it through the line he was very polite and personable. He explained what the techs were going to do and gave me a timeline, they exceeded my expectations and was early in finishing the work. I will be back, because they have great customer service here.
