Pulled car out of storage to pass the annual automotive lobbyist test/tax and ran the car for 1/2 hour, and failed because I haven’t driven 50-100 miles since putting in the battery. No disclosure was made before starting the test. Still had to pay the $25 and wasn’t provided a slip for failed test.

The man at this location was very friendly and efficient. He took care of my smog check and registration renewal at the same time. I went there for the second time. It was a completely different experience. First time there was an older gentlemen who was kind , polite and helpful. Today @ 1533 hrs (so hopefully a mngr can track him down) I had a young guy who was a rude... acted like I was doing him a favor. Spoke to me like he had dreams of being in law enforcement.. I left without any services being performed. Very disappointing.

The guy working was by far one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He clearly hates his job. I will never return to this business or location ever due to the way he treated me. I’d rather pay double the price than return.

I usually deal with attendants that are miserable at their jobs like they are shoveling manure for a living. But dealing with Jonathan R was quite refreshing. He was respectful and courteous which surprised me. He didn’t fish for tips by stuffing $50 dollar bills in the tip jar as I have seen in other smog places.
