Vincent Delgado is very helpful. He has great customer service and gives excellent advice. I really appreciate how they schedule me in right away and are very detail about the work they do on my vehicle. I also appreciate the recommendation that is given to me if they are not able to fix the issue.

My wife and I have been going here for years just due to the convenient location but the quality of service has steadily declined throughout that time. Simple things like tire patches or oil changes take all day for them to get to, we have had multiple instances of them straight up lying about what services they’ve completed, and there seems to be a policy to get you to pay as much as possible at every turn, warranties be damned. This seems to be a business intent on gutting customers for all we are worth.

Do not come here if you value your time what so ever. Came at 8:00am was told it would be an hour until they can look at the car. 2 1/2 hours later and still haven’t taken a look at all. Expressed to them at the start that I was in a time crunch and if they couldn’t take a look to let me know so I can go somewhere else. No respect and no communication while they all mess around in the bays. Never have been so disappointed in such an easy and simple request.

The Sales & Service Specialist Vincent Delgado here in Albuquerque, NM on Central Ave was one of the best Service people I've met in a long time!!! Four (4) Stars for this young man and I wanted him to get recognition for the great Service he provided for me!

The store manager is super helpful and the alignment tech explained issues that i should be addressing. The energy of the place was quite lovely, and the employees seemed happy.

I came to check a tire that was showing low pressure on my dashboard for my bronco, and the gentleman who was inside was very kind, and although I came close to their closing time, they still helped me because I had mentioned to them that I was gonna be going out of town today. My tire Had a screw in it, so I just really appreciate them taking care of me.They took the time to fix my tire patch it up and make sure that it was good to go. I really appreciate they’re kindness, their patience and understanding although I came 45 minutes before they closed. This Firestone has great customer service and I really appreciate their help. 🙂

I made an appointment at 1230 to get 2 tires. They said they had to order the other one and it won't arrive until 3pm, I specifically said "I can only do the one tire now I'm on my lunch break and cannot be stuck until the other arrives" they said sure, I also said "notify me if it's going to take longer than an hour, so I can get a ride back to work" After waiting for an hour and thirty minutes, I asked what the ETA was, and their response was "we're waiting on the 2nd tire to arrive" they hadn't even started on my car yet. Delaying me on the my lunch break at work. Just be honest with me don't delay me and pull a fast one to make sure you sell me the other tire. They let me pay for the single tire but we're reluctant to because "it will cancel the order for the other tire" as if that has anything to do with me, or the fact I specifically said I can only do the single tire for now due to the time constraint. Didn't matter. They were nice, and smiling, and decently customer service oriented, but the miscommunication sucked and I'm the one who ended up paying for it, just be honest about the times and ensure the communications are better internally. The service was quick once they understood the situation better

I received outstanding service at this Firestone location. They checked me in and prioritized my punctured tire and they—most generously—did not charge me for the service. I will definitely bring them my business in the future.

I had very low tire pressure and know nothing about tires so I called this location right away, they not only were professional and helpful, they saw me 20 minutes later AND fixed my flat so fast! Really Awesome service! I’ll definitely be back for future tire needs! Thanks again xoxo 🩷
