Another day in Albuquerque, another 1-star review! Self checkout is supposed to be quick. If no one pays attention to the receipt paper, then I have to stand there waiting until these employees get off the phone, then help the six customers standing in line... Why did I even come here? What if I need to return something? Can't do it without a receipt - I've been told that by an employee.

I came in late, I get that is always a bad start. Employees were rude, talking negatively about customers right at the counter with customers waiting. Employees were on their personal phones on social media not work related as they were talking about social media "challenges" they were watching while customers are waiting.
