As an auto repair station, the business is intended to provide services and goods related to vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. This typically includes a broad range of automotive services to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently.

Regarding the environment, based on publicly available information, a detailed description of Feltners Automotive Repair's physical environment (e.g., waiting room, shop layout, cleanliness) is not readily available. Generally, an auto repair station would feature a functional workshop with various bays for vehicle servicing, equipped with tools and machinery necessary for automotive diagnostics and repairs. There would typically be an office or reception area for customer interaction and potentially a waiting area. However, without specific details provided or extensively documented online, a precise characterization of the physical environment cannot be objectively presented beyond these general expectations for an auto repair facility.

As an "Auto Repair Station," Feltners Automotive Repair, by definition, aims to offer a variety of services and goods. Common services provided by such establishments include engine repair and replacement, brake services, tire services (including sales, mounting, balancing, and rotation), exhaust system repair, oil changes, fluid checks, general diagnostics, and preventative maintenance. They are expected to cater to various makes and models of vehicles, addressing mechanical and electrical issues. However, specific details about the full breadth of services offered are not independently verifiable beyond the scope of general auto repair, other than through direct customer experiences.

The features and characteristics of Feltners Automotive Repair, as an auto repair station, are significantly shaped by customer feedback. Public reviews offer critical insights into the operational aspects and customer experience. One detailed account from a customer describes a prolonged engine replacement process, which was initially quoted for two weeks but extended to six months. During this period, the customer reported difficulties in communication, including an instance where the proprietor allegedly hung up the phone. The review also mentions discrepancies in pricing for parts, with the customer finding identical parts for significantly less cost elsewhere, despite being quoted a higher cash-only price at the shop. Furthermore, the customer alleged intentional damage to the vehicle, specifically the application of anti-seize to camshaft sensors, which would prevent the truck from starting and incur additional repair costs, suggesting a deliberate attempt to force the customer to return for further service. Another customer's review corroborates a similar experience, detailing a six-month wait for an engine repair that was ultimately incomplete, resulting in severe engine damage upon the customer attempting to reassemble and start the vehicle due to a foreign object (a bolt) found within the engine. These reviews collectively highlight concerns regarding:

  • Timeliness of Service: Repeated instances of significantly extended repair durations beyond initial quotes.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Reported challenges in communication and instances of unprofessional conduct.
  • Pricing and Transparency: Issues with part pricing and payment methods (cash-only for certain parts).
  • Quality of Workmanship and Integrity: Allegations of incomplete work, introduction of foreign objects causing damage, and intentional sabotage of vehicle components.

These detailed accounts from customers provide a strong indication of the perceived features and operational characteristics of Feltners Automotive Repair, emphasizing areas of concern for potential clients.

Regarding promotional information, there is no independently verified or publicly advertised promotional material for Feltners Automotive Repair available based on the provided information. Auto repair stations often use various promotions, such as discounts on specific services, seasonal deals, or new customer incentives. However, without direct information from the business or widely accessible advertising, it is not possible to describe any specific promotional offers. In summary, Feltners Automotive Repair, situated in Willard, OH, serves as an "Auto Repair Station." These reported experiences highlight potential issues that prospective customers should consider when evaluating this auto repair station for their vehicle service needs.

DO NOT GO HERE. My buddy blew his engine and got one sent here back in April. Been sitting there not getting touched for half a year. It’s now October and he halfway put it together and my friend got sick of waiting and had it towed back home. After getting it all back together and troubleshooting, he pulled the valve cover off to see if anything was there. He discovered a full bolt. A bolt. When he attempted to start it, it wouldn’t. It broke the cam in 3 pieces, bent valves. So after 6 months is at the same spot he started at.

Brought my truck in on April 2nd. I was quoted 2 weeks for my engine to be replaced. After a month of him having my truck i called and asked how things were going with the truck, he said he was almost half way done, then i reminded him that he has had my truck for a month and that i was only quoted 2 weeks. He then stated " i know how long i have had your truck, I dont need this shit, come pick it up it will be in my driveway" then proceeded to hang up on me. Then he called me back and apologized. After that i checked on my truck once a week for another 5 months, I had to purchase extra parts that he quoted me $700 for and would only accept cash for payment of the parts, when i was able to purchase all the same parts for less than $400 with shipping to my home. He stated that it isnt his fault if i ordered the wrong parts and he wouldnt be liable for any mess ups with the ordered parts. I then ended up having to pull my truck out of his shop without it being completed because it had now been a total of 6 months that he had my truck again after a 2 week quote. Just to have to finish putting on the 1/2 the front end myself. Still had to pay him $500 to him to basically have wasted my time for nothing. Not to mention that he intentionally put anti-seize on both of my cam shaft sensors, so that the truck would not start when i finished putting the truck back together. which is going to cost me an additional $120. So in total i have had to spend $7,300 to have my engine swapped out for him to intentionally try to ruin my truck so that i would have to spend more money. I am assuming he did this in hopes that i would bring the truck back to him. The only reason i took my truck to him was simply because i did not have the lift needed to do the swap myself. I have all the knowledge needed to do it so im very aware that he intentionally tried to ruin my truck on purpose. I would never recommend anyone to go to this shop unless you just have time and money to waste because that is all that is going to happen if you come here. I wouldnt trust him with a simple oil change... i attached a pic of the anti-seize he put in my cam shaft sensors.

Don't recommend this "mechanic". Completely MESSED UP my car. Took my car in for an ABS unit, got it back with NO unit and back brakes that he replaced along with my regular brake light now being on. Also didn't have it ready on time and I had to rent a car to get to and from work because he had no loaner car and got belligerent when I'd asked him about it. Cost me over $600 and a car that came out WORSE than it was when I took it in. NEVER AGAIN.

Don't waste your hard earned money and time. Substandard work, shade tree operation. Does not own up to making mistakes and insists he's right and your wrong.
