I opted for a standard factory service through my Hyundai app. However, I encountered a couple of issues. Firstly, some services were suggested that were not required. When I inquired about the necessity of these services, the representative initially confirmed without checking my service history. Upon further questioning, she reviewed my records and acknowledged that I was not due for those services, which seemed careless. Additionally, I was entitled to free services from Hyundai for three years. During my last service, I was informed that the next service would be covered. However, this time, I was told that the service could not be covered due to mileage, which was not mentioned previously. Had I been informed, I would have scheduled the service accordingly. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket for a service that should have been free.

Got my car there yesterday for a scheduled recall Check/repair. I set up my appointment almost three weeks prior. When I set up the appointment, the lady said that it might take all day. When I got there for the SCHEDULED appointment, they said up to the next day afternoon. It's out family car and we had been coordinating with my in-laws for transport. I called Friday afternoon for an update to pick up the car. They called back and said that they did not work on the car because the technician was working on another car. So much for scheduling an appointment when nobody is even there to look/fix the car. Would not go here anymore. When the person called to tell me about the issue that nobody worked on the car and was just sitting in the lot (per my photo checks of the car), not even an apology for it. Would not recommend coming here. Wasted my time. I guess this place does not know the meaning of "appointment." I can understand if I just left it there without an appointment. But that's not the case.

This dealership is lazy as hell. Each time i need small short help with my car, they always telling they cant do it. I always use Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai for that reason who always happy to help and get you in right away. Fox Ann Arbor is the best.

After 3 weeks waiting for Diagnostics on an engine problem, and finding a broken valve in engine, parts were ordered and repair was made, 6-7weeks total on rental cars because of no loaners, Brought home vehicle on Friday evening first day using it was Monday and the vehicle was Towed back to Feldman Hyundai New Hudson, Monday Evening with Transmission not engaging and running high RPMs This was one of Two vehicles purchased in the same Two days both Identical, I traded mine in yesterday, and will never buy from Feldman again, they are NOT customer oriented, they DO NOT do anything to resolve issues in a timely manner got told my wife will get a rental but not sure when and who is paying for it? worst dealer around, horrible customer service, and Quit using The Excuse (It's just how it is now) . Very Unhappy!
