A Buck jumped out of nowhere, leaving me a micro second to attempt to avoid him and not totaling my Bronco. I called and talked to my insurance company and found that Ellis Brothers Collision are ranked #1.. I chose the best and now have my Bronco back and understand what makes them #1.. My Bronco looks brand new and runs like a champ. They were with me every step of the way. I can't say enough good thing's about them. I want to thank Alex and his entire crew for putting the time in and making my Bronco new again. They are the best. Thank you so much for your excellent service and expertise. Chris.. Haven't been able to take an after photo. When I do I will update my post. *Just know that it looks like it just came off the lot *

Rare I post reviews but these guys left me no choice after such an "exceptional" job they did. I needed small front repair (bumper, headlight replacement and little hood realignment) so found local shop with highest rating. Everything was smooth in the beginning. By the time I was picking up my car it was windy and cold outside so I couldn't inspect job in details but immediately noticed hood is not aligned. Called Alex, he promised to realign it by replacing hinges of the hood (will get later to that). Also found safety ketch is not installed. He called guy, half an hour later it there. Ok. At home I noticed parking lights not right. Not big deal, -I have spare bulbs and will replace it myself. Took out engine covers - and that's where fun part started! Temp sensor just hanging there, broken mounting clip and not even zip tied. There 4 rubber hood stoppers/boots missing, 4 holes in the frame simply plugged with universal clips which are too lose -popped out just by one finger. Headlight is not aligned - lights down. Intake hose not even secured to the frame, just hanging there and it disconnected from filter, and WOW! I found screwdriver on my engine! Alex, thank you for the long #1 Philips screw driver! I needed exactly like that. Looked down - bottom cover underneath bumper just hanging, no clips there. Went deeper from the bottom and found bumper/headlight metal mount not bolted, two bolts not even snagged. Horn was placed in opposite direction so it literally was in contact with condenser while another horn was mounted correctly and didn't touch condenser. Alex, do your guys have a brain??? How its done on the right can't be done on the left? Condenser part. When I brought my vehicle I specified if they will replace A/C condenser I would like to install specific brand but not cheap aftermarket. Had several emails with Alex about that so we agreed I will pay difference from what they had from their vendor. When I was picking up car I noticed condenser looks new, so I asked Alex - did you replace it? He said -no, we took it out, cleaned, no damage or issues with original one so we put it back. Ok, I'm totally ok with my old original one. Later on the paper I see on one of supplements - condenser returned as not needed but later new one ordered. Wait, what? They ordered cheap one from their vendor not that one I wanted. So Alex, you don't know what's going on in your shop??? looks like do not. You told me condenser was washed and left original.. Another funny part on paperwork - I mentioned I don't need front plate holder on new bumper cuz we in Michigan - it's there right in the middle of work order, black on white. Little down on the paper it says - DRILL HOLES FOR LICENSE PLATE - 1 hour! Hm, one hour to drill two holes! I guess it also required two mans.. So yes, they put front license plate bracket on the bumper while I mentioned I don't need it.. don't know what to say. -their hands far apart from head... Hood alignment - Alex promised me hood will be perfectly aligned just by replacing hinges while I will be waiting. Like in half an hour. I was slightly skeptical about that so did my homework - call a few shops and asked how long will it take - at least 2 hrs and 2 mans if you do it right way. So 2 hours definitely not half an hour.. I didn't even bother with that because everything just screams me - RUN away from this shop! Needless to say here and there clips were missing. Oh, yes, also I found very handy Snap-On flashlight on the cowl. Alex, thank you again for another tool! Long story short: Alex, you need to hire professionals, not sloppy joes. Also you need to know better what your guys do and especially HOW they do their job. You need quality control guy or at least master tech to perform it. I will not be surprised if will find something else later but I'm not going back EVER. My kids can do better job.

Cant beat the convenience of a smaller shop. Fast turn around time. Keeps you updated every step of the way, very professional. 100% would recommend. My truck looks brand new after hitting a deer.

My insurance company recommended a few other shops at first, I checked those shops and did a little more looking and came up with Ellis Brothers near my house and with excellent reviews. They did not disappoint, I had an initial visit and felt comfortable with them, they looked at the damage and we made an appointment. They kept me informed during the process and did an excellent job of doing the repairs and making my truck look as good as new. This is a well run business with owner having daily morning meetings with the staff as I witnessed myself a couple of times I stopped by there, that to me says a lot about dedication and the workmanship of the staff and management. I am certainly going back if I need body work again. It was great doing business with you Ellis Brothers!

I am very satisfied with the end result. One week after pick up, my car looks and drives perfectly. But prior to picking up your car, David will call and ask if you are willing to test drive and inspect the car thoroughly. I highly recommend taking up his offer!!! I inspected my car throughly and found some issues. For me personally, the worst issue was a poorly assembled passenger door panel. Understandably, I was disappointed and questioned the shop’s workmanship. But mistakes happen and I hoped Alex’s team will still deliver in the end. I am happy to report that they addressed my concerns very quickly. Because my car came out perfectly in the end, the shop earns my 5 star recommendation.
