Fast Eddie's Car Wash and Oil Change

Dishonest Pricing & Unprofessional Staff I had an absolutely awful experience at Fast Eddie’s yesterday, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values honesty and respect. From the moment I arrived, the employees were smirking and acting condescending because it took me an extra moment to pull my car into the bay. When I asked for an oil change, the tech told me that my car only takes full synthetic oil and quoted me an outrageous price of $135! That seemed really high, so I left. Fast forward to today- my husband called the same location and asked how much a full synthetic oil change costs. They quoted him $85-$90. Still overpriced, but a full $45-$50 less than what they tried to charge me. Clearly, they assumed I wouldn’t know any better and tried to take advantage of me. I refuse to give my business to a place that operates with such blatant dishonesty and sexism. If you want fair pricing and respect as a customer, go anywhere else but here. Btw- I ended up getting a full synthetic from Walmart for $55.

Stopped in here to get my windshield wipers replaced. They made quick work of the replacement! Very nice group of guys! And quality wipers to boot. Highly recommended!!

Highly recommend the monthly fee, you can go every day for the price of 2-3 normal washes. The guys are very appreciative of tips, doesn't matter how much. The system doesn't leave water spots on your car either.

Worst experience ever! I have always gone here no issues. My husband took in my car and was told the wrong oil was used last time (they were the ones who did it) we would need to have it flushed to use correct oil. They also said they are entering a note in our file so they wouldn't be liable. Upon calling back and speaking to the manager I was told the prior oil was fine and flush was recommended at this mileage. We are out $160 dollars and told the best they can do is a $40 gift card! What a scam I will NEVER go back!

I paid a lot of money for bug guts. The entire point of the car wash was to get rid of the bug guts on my fender. They are still there after a $15 car wash. What is the point of a car wash if you won’t wash off the dirt and debris?

Typical fast lube place. Got the job done. Talked me into buying a couple extras, but it's an older vehicle so it's expected. I feel oil changes have become very expensive in the last 15 years. So I expect to have quick, friendly service. They delivered both, plus a car wash. Can't get better than that.

I've been going to these guys for years, brought every car we've owned to them and they've always done right by us. Went to another Fast Eddie's and they wrecked our transmission but the Owosso location is fantastic and I won't go anywhere else.
