scheduled appointment for tire to be patched because tire is leaking. dropped car off got a call hours later saying they couldn’t get the lug nuts off, they told me they would call me back when they got them off. Never called me back. Called 15 times in a row finally got an answer back, they told me they patched the tire and put everything back in place. I went up there and they said there was no leak even though there is a leak for sure, so now I gotta waste more time and money to go somewhere else. They told me they switched out my lug nuts and I asked again if they fixed my car and they told me no that it was cancelled even though on the phone the one guy said that they fixed the leak. I asked the one younger guy with long blonde hair and beard what they did to my car and my lug nuts he wouldn’t give me an answer and barely talked so you couldn’t hear him, I asked him if he could go talk to someone who worked on my car. He had a tantrum and went in the backroom smashing the door as hard as he could just to make sure I could see he was mad because I asked him a simple question? Then the greasy bigger guy at the counter told me they had no receipts or anything for my car and they wouldn’t tell me anything about what they did to my car, Horrible service my whole day wasted. Never ever going there again. Thanks for nothing.

The only reason I am leaving one star is because I have to, to leave this review. I called ahead and got a price quote to have tires placed on rims that I brought myself.. I was told it would be 20 dollars a tire. When I went to pick the tires up they added 78 dollars worth of extra fees, and charged me for all types of things. Do not trust this place! They are liars!

This place is a joke. I had tires put on here and they charged me for balancing them even though they definitely didn't balance them because my car was shaking pretty bad after they were done and there was no tire weights on any wheels after they changed them. Then when I took it back to have them balanced they broke a lug nut off but didn't say anything. The guy in front of me was having a windshield wiper changed that they broke and they couldn't even manage that being that when they were done it was upside down. These people have no business working on anyones vehicle. I definitely will not be returning to this business.

It took over an hour for a basic oil change!!! And no they were not busy I did it first thing in the morning, only two people came in and still it took over an hour!! Go some place else time is money and they are willing to waste yours!!!

Oil change lube , tire rotation and tire sensors on 3 tires, is what I asked for. I got oil change, no lube and rotated tires WITHOUT balancing and replaced 3 tire sensors but didnt know how to program. Cost me another 40.00 somewhere else to balance them due to the shake, and free with tire balancing to progam sensors at other place. The walmart auto dept sucked as far as friendly customer care, and even worse as far as knowledge about basic service of vehicles. This was the auto dept manager and one other. I'd go over triple service miles before I'd even think of using this team again.

I called Walmart Auto Service this morning, I just needed a set of wipers and a new head light. The person I talked with said come on in. We will slip you in and get you fixed up. I drove 35 miles to do this. When I got there I talked to a very rude guy telling me that no way in hell they would say that and if I come back in 5 or 6 hours they will help me. Oh right drive all the way home then drive back to probably get the same line of crap. I'm am going to change who works on my car. I know I'm just one person. But they lost my business and my 3 vehicles.
