From the minute my car got hit until the minute I got it back into my driveway the FAME auto group took care of me unreal. Avi was really amazing; his customer service, he responded right away, gave me updates, sent me pictures throughout, hooked me up with a nice rental, smooth transition moving my things from my car to the rental, THE WORKS! I couldn't have asked for better service. Not only did they perfectly repair the damages to my car but they went above and beyond with their service. The attention to detail was impressive - when I picked up my car, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. My car wasn't just repaired, it was completely refreshed. After my car accident, Fame Auto Group really came through. Avi arrived at the scene quickly and arranged for my car to be towed. Within an hour, they worked with my insurance to get me a rental car, and I was on my way home. The damage was extensive—air suspension, front axle, and steering were completely shot. But Avi and the team at Fame made the whole process smooth, handling the towing and insurance back-and-forth with ease. They secured full coverage and repaired my car to pristine condition, possibly even better than before. They were professional and easy to work with throughout. After having an accident my friend recommended me to use Fame Auto Group for the repair of my car. I must say Fame Auto Group is top notch for car repair, I used a few other repair shops in the past and I never had such a good experience from picking up my car right away and delivering a nice loaner car to delivering back my car 11 days later looking just like the moment I drove out of my car dealer approximately 3 years ago when I had first purchased this car, looking brand new, shining & sparkling interior and exterior!!! I never had such great & high end experience!!! Thank you Fame Auto Group and I highly recommend you guys!!!

I want to share my experience with Fame Auto Group. I never write reviews, but I have to write this one! If I could give them 10 starts I would, from the start till the end Avi helped me with my car. My car looked like new when I picked it up. The quality of the repair was amazing! Any questions that I had were answered, staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. Fame auto group was very attentive throughout our experience. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and with patience.The work on our car was done in a prompt and swift manner. They did a great job. Amazing customer service: from towing the car from the scene of the accident, to dropping off a rental car a few hours later, to dealing with the insurance companies throughout the whole ordeal, to fixing the car; everything was done in a professional and timely manner with the utmost care and clear communication to us throughout it all!
