I purchased a vehicle from your dealership on and haven't received the title despite repeated attempts to contact your staff. This is unacceptable and puts me at risk. Please expedite the title transfer and provide a tracking number. Failure to do so will force me to seek legal action.

This repair shop deserves zero stars and they deserve to be sued. Instead of replacing my stolen catalytic converter they cut my exhaust pipe and installed a boot leg converter. That is criminal! Shame on you thieves! I’m warning everyone I can about you!

You can’t tell me they didn’t pay for or brobr someone for the positive reviews, otherwise their rating would be at 1 star (lower if that were an option). Notice how all of the 5 star reviews are all from around the same time a year ago and mention the same person? Lol. Took my car to them for service only because of my warranty and my car left in worse condition than when they received it, with the original issue still not having been repaired. Now I have to come out of pocket for what they were supposed to fix and what they broke. Please don’t ever bring any vehicle to this place.

Went to Brooklyn Mitsubishi on 07/05/2023 for a possible Technical Service Bulletin and Recall (Warranty work). The TSB was TSB-22-16-001, the Recall SR-22-004. They tried to recommend extra work totaling over $6,100, bringing it down to $3,100 as if they were doing me a favor. Outlander Sport has less than 27,000, and they wanted to replace brakes and rotors for over $668 each. Brooklyn Mitsubishi own website says rotors last appx 60,000. We are in 35mph or less, speed camera ridden NYC. Tried to recommend a package for appx $350 to replace wiper blades, check battery, and other nonsense. I told them I replaced the battery and wipers myself recently. Tried to not have the warranty replace all spark plugs, but just one damaged by the faulty ignition coil, as per the TSB. They said the engine oil built up and damaged the solenoid, and the warranty might not cover that. Everything was done under warranty. Had them just change the oil and filter. Leave, car works fine for under 20 miles of driving that day. All of the sudden the check engine light comes on, and black smoke billows from the tailpipe. Either shoddy workmanship was done, or the service dept is shady, and figure we didn't milk him then, so he will come back, and we will get him then. I feel they did or didn't do something to cause this issue, which will be addressed later with them. They don't realize I have two mechanics who know these tricks they do, to drain your wallet. Without an appointment, I will be bringing the vehicle back to them, to have them correct the issue they caused.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from this company. They smile in your face to get your car in, once it’s there everything changes. Customer service is absolutely pointless. They can never give updates about your vehicle. My vehicle has been in their facility for WEEKS no one can tell me up to now what is going on with my vehicle or if I can pick it up. Just save yourself the hassle & find somewhere else to go.

Since i brought my 2022 mitsubishi outlander to be serviced here., I've been experiencing problem after problem with my vehicle. The front office move as a diversion. They are very friendly. Very nice! But, the mechanics move like crackheads. They would take new parts off your vehicle, replace it with old parts without your knowing, and then try to charge you to have it fixed! Be very aware of big city service center! I would never take my car there ever again!!! Now, my alternator is not working. A total inconvenience!!! I don't even have 30,000 miles on the car and the alternator is shot already??? They're straight robbers!!!

I purchased a 2019 Range Rover in November 2022 a week later the engine light was on and also the oil need to be changed. The same Range Rover been in there possession for over two years with a warranty to repair the engine and it hasn’t happened. This place is a big scam. I wouldn’t be surprised if people that work there lose their 6 points.
