Huge thanks to Elizabeth and the team at Extra Mile Tire & Services! I came in for an emissions test with a brake-pad warning and ended up replacing all four brakes and brake pads along with the rotors.While the need for full brake replacement was unexpected, she took the time to clearly explain why it was necessary—especially for a BMW—and made sure I understood the safety implications. I really appreciated the transparency and the fact that they even provided extra discounts to help with the cost.She was incredibly warm and welcoming from the start. The waiting area is clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of seating and even a kids’ area. Overall, a great experience with professional and thoughtful service. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. Made the mistake to go here when the dealer was booked up. They told me they knew exactly the issue, easy fix but pricey. Seemed great so far, but then when we drove off the car was doing the exact same thing. Brought it back, they said they found the issue with one of the parts and repaired it without charging labor so again I was happy, drove off and did the exact same thing. Brought it back and they said one of the spark plugs were bad, drove off and it did the exact same thing. By this time they started to back pedal and said they fixed what they thought was the issue and the least expensive option but if it didn’t work then we will “try” this and if that doesn’t work we will “try” that. I spoke with the gm who is very nice and understood but by this time it’s been two weeks, out $2000 and still same issue. They explained there isn’t a way to actually know the issue so it’s a trial and error Thing. By this point I took it to the dealer, they were able to tell me the exact issue, fixed it same day and all is great. The dealer said if you do a deep dive and on the diagnosis then you know the issue, there is no let’s try this, let’s try that. Extra Mile told me there is no way to actually know the issue, so they start to with the least expensive option ($2000) and if that doesn’t work then they go to the next option until it’s working. Completely absurd. They are polite, and have loaner cars and apologized for not explaining to me their approach up front (they were matter of fact of the diagnosis and the repair and assured me that would fix it), so I’m sure they are good for tires and oil changes but if you need a tune up or anything more I highly recommend staying away!!! I learned the hard way all The save a week and wound up dealing with this for weeks and spending $2000 on something that didn’t even fix my issue. Update: We are speaking about a tune up for $2000.00. Yes, the car could of used a tune up, but I was very clear I was trading the car in and just needed the issue addressed (not all the recommended fluid changes, tune up etc). They were adamant that the issue would be fixed with a tune up. They also knew I had an appointment with the dealer who could absolutely diagnose the issue, but they assured me, this would fix the issue and I would have the car back same day, so even though it was more expensive I decided to move forward with the same day service. It wasn’t until I brought it back THREE times that they then said they followed the manufacture protocol and didn’t know if it would actually fix the issue. Ultimately, when I wound up at the dealer they were able to identify the real issue and let me know although a tune up would have been recommended it wasn’t the issue. So I had to spend money on the actual issue and a $2000 tune up. They play games and try to get everything they can out of you. Stay away!!!!

I recently took my vehicle to Extra Mile Tire and Service for a much-needed repair on my AC compressor, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! They completed the job in under four hours, which was impressive. Not only did they fix the issue efficiently, but they also provided me with a loaner car while my vehicle was in the shop, ensuring I could go about my day without any hassle. The staff was friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Extra Mile Tire and Service for their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction. My car is noiseless and cold! Thank you for going the extra mile!

Extra Mile Tire and Service committed FRAUD by charging for a belt and engine mount repair that was not done!!! They also said they repaired my differential but the attempt was done so poorly it caused further damage. This required a more expensive fix by Jeep. They did refund all of our money once I had verified the FRAUD by two other companies. . However, they are now refusing to pay for the additional repair caused by their mechanic as well as my week long rental car fees. This is unacceptable and we are now taking steps with a lawyer. All our Milton friends- beware they will not do the right thing by you and choose a different shop for your needs!

What a wonderful experience! I got my oil changed at a great price. Everyone was extremely nice, Communicated exactly the price that it would be explained a few things to look out for and welcome me back for any future repairs ! I could not have asked for a better service call !
