This is a long story… I was at a store and someone named Racheal offered to buy me and 4 other people in line everything we needed. I declined but she insisted. We all had a great conversation so then she proceeded to inform us that she owned this place. A day goes by so I sat and thank what I could do to help and pay it back. I called the shop and asked for her and I revived highly inappropriate language along with me being told the police being called on me when I initially just wanted business cards to promote them. I don’t know what what has gone on with their internal system. They may do good work but the disrespect and not allowing someone to speak when I was simply trying to help is unacceptable. I wish that they do well but when I’m called so many slurs this is not acceptable. You can do good work but there is no need to take things out on me when I’m trying to help your business thrive.

Essex Body Shop is by far the best in the area. My Tacoma had some damage in the right rear from sliding off the road earlier this year. I got 4 quotes - 3 of them were nearly $4,000, whereas my final bill at Essex was $1,500. In addition to the price savings, the turnaround was quick, and the end product by Bob and his team was nothing less than exceptional.
