They are amazing! I usually go here for an oil change. I recently bought a new car that is a 2024 still with the bumper to bumper warranty on it. The car started to have a burning smell. I took it to the dealership and they stated it would take almost 3 days to look at and that I could get charged $215 for labor cost. Not wanting to be without my car for 3 days I called Eminent to see if they could give me a diagnostic to see what is wrong. The cost was $75 for the diagnostic and it was only going to take an hour. That was music to my ears. They ran the diagnostics and found that there was a plastic bag stuck to my exhaust pipe that was burning. He came back and told me, showed me a picture and waived my diagnostic fee. They are the best you can find. I know am getting the best care when it comes to cars when I come to Eminent.

They did a great job changing my Mitsubishi’s oil while also inspecting it. Found a couple things I need to get fixed/serviced, gave me good recommendations to help me out. Great customer service! Definitely coming back.

These guys were professional I was scheduled for 1030 was checked in by 1028 very thorough then make sure they check the rear alignment as well as the front alignment. Will recommend to anybody that needs.

Best service I’ve ever had and I haven’t even been there yet. Aaron if he is not already in management should be. He has been with me over the phone twice now and the first time was to schedule for an oil change. I got into a car accident and he kindly let me cancel my service. Then I got a new car and he gave me the appointment time I needed and remembered who I was. He has great people skills and a kind soul. Booked an alignment with theses guys, gave the vehicle's particulars at time of making the appointment. Once I got there, the alignment charge went up by about $100. I was told that due to the type of suspension/steering the vehicle has, the allignment is different. I believe the shop clerk knew the type of vehicle that was booked in for the type of alignment quote, so he knew!!! So I left looking for another shop that treats me better.
