Don't listen to anyone else. Rob is the most knowledgeable professional body shop around. I have been going to him since 2007 2008 and fix 15 cars a month with him. He does and great job at a great price and always does the right thing by me. He does bodywork and his dad 1 block away does mechanical work also for a great deal. Highly recommended 👌

I got into an accident, was in panic and didn’t know where to turn. This guy was recommended to me. He said if I used him the car would come out perfect. He said everything would be easy and hassle free. He would guide me through the entire process. This was an insurance job so he did get maximum payout. He promised all original parts from the manufacturer. Everything would be perfect. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It turned out to be the worst 4 months of my life. Excuses Excuses Excuses!! Everything took time but not a normal amount of time. He said days and days became weeks and weeks became months. He said “since this is a insurance job I have to wait till I get all the money to START ordering parts?! Which to his defense I understand but if you know insurance is paying out why not start on the car to avoid being late? Everything was aftermarket on my car. Chinese parts that don’t fit on my car properly. The color of the paint does not even match. The front sensor stopped working, the camera stopped working. This car is a 2020 model and the job was done in 2021 something doesn’t make sense here? the accident was minimum I have the picture for everything to prove it…. I gave this guy maximum payout and instead of giving me a brand-new perfect car he took the maximum payout got me Chinese parts that are completely misaligned on the car and not painted and buffed out properly. I am very frustrated and upset what was once a “promised perfect car” is now a misaligned off painted car. Buyer Beware!!! I am calling each and every one of the insurance companies to let them know about my experience. And to make sure they let all customers are aware. I don’t wish the damage this guy has done to my worse enemy! He was previously at 2127 Neptune Ave entrance on west 22nd. But has now switched locations to 1247 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn, NY. He lied to me. He cheated me. I tried forgetting about it but I cannot. Every time I get into my vehicle, I know I was taken advantage of.

I had a minor problem on my bumper, I was asked to wait outside so they will come and take the car, I waited for 2 hours until they closed the shop. Whoever is managing this place is not doing it properly. Useless
