Had a flat tire and couldn’t get the lugnuts loose. Called him at 2:15AM and he was available on the spot! He had to deal with our stupid insurance but was still kind and helpful even tho anybody else would have been ready to kick us to the curb! Was a little on the high end in cost but This guy was a life saver!

As always, the crew at Eddie’s saves the day. Shaun was so good at clearly communicating, researching, and giving me an accurate and fair quote for the work my car needed. They were efficient and finished quicker than expected. When I came to pick up the car, Claire took the time to walk me(ever so patiently) through some processes and was a pure delight. Just when I thought this team couldn’t be more wonderful, they keep proving themselves better with each visit. Thank you, Shaun, Claire, and everyone in the automotive team, for a job well done!

I came in an hour before closing time in a crunch needing an oil change for my wife's car before we went on a Thanksgiving road trip. They didn't have anyone at the time currently doing oil changes but thankfully Patrick heard my concern, stepped up to the plate, and helped me out big-time getting the oil changed and ready to go in no time. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them! 👍🏼

I was traveling home on I-40 and hit a pothole when I was about 2hrs away from home and caught a flat tire. After my insurance company gave me the run around for nearly 3hrs and left me stranded, I decided to call Eddie’s Towing Service myself and deal with the insurance company later. Justin Rubin (Towing Manager) was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to keep me at ease. He called to provide an ETA to reassure help was on the way. Soon as he got my car hooked up, we were on the way and he got me home safely. I will forever be grateful for Justin, THANK YOU!!!
