Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived early and checked in. Let them know I would be waiting. After a half hour past my appointment my vehicle still was sitting in the same place and hadn't been taken in for service. It is now over an hour since the time of my appointment. Not sure why they make appointments if they are going to take so long to start work on vehicles. Update..when my vehicle was finally done (1 1/2 hours after appointment) they said my charge was $58. I asked why the increased cost, their charge for basic oil change is $34.95. I told them I only wanted basic oil change. They did remove added charges from my bill. Watch for bait and switch tactics.

Did a great job on service but this company adds insult to injury at every turn. Added a 3% surcharge for a credit transaction on a repair that was just out of warranty and cost over $1000. Will never do business with them again
