They were super friendly, courteous, professional, efficient and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again when the need arises! They were honest about how long it could take but was able to get my car assessed and fixed much faster than originally thought.

After making appt three weeks in advance, dropped my vehicle off early afternoon of the day before. Secretary called late afternoon of the appointment day and told me they did not get to my vehicle but assured me that they would get to it the first thing the next day. I stopped by the next day early in the afternoon only to discover that the vehicle was still sitting where I had left it two days prior. Went in and inquired why only to have a very rude mechanic tell me that if I was unhappy I should take the keys and leave. I would not recommend this establishment for anyone seeking integrity or keeping their promises.

I was told by Autozone that I may have a wiring issue with my headlight as it was out, and a new bulb that they put in wasn’t coming on either. So I explained that to the people at eastside auto, dropped my car off, and when i went to get an update on my car i was told that the light had been on the entire time that my car was in their possession and that they found no issues whatsoever. I still had to pay an $85 labor fee that i was not made aware was a stipulation (which was fine, whatever.) When i drove my car back home and checked the light, it was still out. So i took the car back and was met with an unbothered mechanic who said “oh i see it now. you misinformed us, this is a daytime running light not a headlight.” which admittedly is my bad (mind you i’m not a car expert and was just relaying what i had been told by autozone people.) But how did they have my car for half of a day and miss that SOMETHING was out in the first place?? anyways, basically i was blamed for “misinforming” and paid $85 for them to… not really do their job. i understand that time is valuable and that you gotta pay people for that, but a refund, fixing the thing that they blatantly missed, or even an apology would have been nice!

Had a teenager with diesel in his tank instead of gas. They were fast and fair on pricing would recommend and would use them again
