I will NEVER use this place for anything! It all started smoothly. Picked up our truck got it back in time. Smooth as silk, until we got the bill confirmation email.... I was charged 100 dollars for a 30 dollar truck and a 10 dollar dolly plus miles! The guy who set it up added a 30 dollar insurance to our bill that WE DID NOT ASK FOR!!!!!! And when i called and confronted him about it i was told that he disnt add it and my wife had added it. Which by the way SHE DID NOT! I called uhaul and discovered that the ORIGINAL RESERVATION DID NOT HAVE THE INSURANCE REQUESTED. The updated reservation that was made TWO DAYS LATER (the day i added the dolly and picked up the truck at the location) it was added along with the dolly. By the way if you go to the uhaul website and look at the reviews of this place. IT'S A COMMON PRACTICE FOR THIS BUSINESS TO CHARGE FOR UNREQUESTED STUFF AND OVER CHARGING FOR RENTALS tacking on random things and charging for multiple days on a one day rental! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!

I don’t know anything about their car sales but their emergency service was great. Needed help on a Saturday night stranded on a very dark section of hwy 79. Although he wasn’t able to fix the problem we had, gave us a ride back to Piney where we were staying. I give this late night responder 5 stars. I think his name was Greg.

i bought a 2004 jeep from this crook. 3 weeks before the first payment was due ,the right ball joint fell out crossing dover bridge with my mids in the back seat. thank god we did not flip. whrn i called scott and told him about the lemon law ,he said there was no emon law on used cars. well scott you are dead wrong , there is a lwmon law and i am speaking to MY attorney and YOUwill be heating from us . this is not the last from me. i hope everyone reads this and dont get sdrewed by this crooked ole man
