Worst place to buy your used auto parts. They give you the wrong parts and when you go back to return it they won’t reimburse you. Make sure you get receipts for everything you buy from this people if not is a lost money.

I went in at 2pm on a Friday for a bmw alternator they close at 5 there was 3 people in office I was the only customer and no one could get the alternator out they said it would take 3 days for me to get it when it only takes 20 minutes to get the part off the car. Bad customer service very unprofessional.

I called East Coast parts, and their customers service was pretty good and very helpful. I'll be stopping by tomorrow morning to check out a 4WD Honda Pilot engine. I'll give you guys more feedback after how it goes.
