Called for a quick oil change on the way back from Chicago, they got me in super fast and for a very reasonable price! The owner Harold chatted with me and gave me great advice on what to do with my vehicle going forward, while the technician from Germany (Thomas, I think his name was?) was incredibly friendly and accommodating. If I lived in town I would make these guys my regular mechanics!

Well. My alternator busted down and I was stuck at the fairground. E&H had a tow truck guy come & get me and take my truck 2 miles down the road for $100. E&H then charged me $1200 to fix my alternator. When I inquired about the cost, they showed me a receipt that said they charged me twice the cost of the alternator. ($400 @ 100% mark up = $800) plus the $400 additional in labor , etc I asked why they needed to charge me $400 for grabbing an alternator at Napa , down the road from them. So $100 for tow Additional $1100+ for the alternator They said it’s the cost to keep them in business. WAIT After I asked for possibly 100 off old guy then went in a fit of utter rage , told me he will rip my alternator out and take my truck away from me , then openly makes sure I see his gun laying on the desk. He wouldn’t take my credit card I had to “get the F out and go get cash somehow” Wow . I should’ve video taped but the fun made me nervous as it is.

Took in a vehicle originally for the charging system too be fixed, found other issues which i understand. But still tells me and charges me for the charging system fix when in fact was not. When I picked it up it had a dead battery and when I got it home it still would not start again waist of my money and time!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, when it comes to alignments they sre the go to people to go to, they know what they are doing, i went to one place to have vehicle aligned and my vehicle wasn't steering correctly so i went here because alignment was still not the way it should be and they solved the problem and corrected the alignment. My only complaint is that gett an appointment isn't fast as they really book out cause they get so much work. I would like to be able to book an appointment and get in within a couple days and be able to wait to get vehicle done but they prefer you to drop it off and pickup when there ready, and for a person with only one vehicle it can make it challenging getting back and forth.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE Looked over my wifes car, timing chain needed replaced. i told her to take it to this place to have it fixed. The mechanic told her it just needed a tune up. Charged us 600$ and gave the car back to her, one week later the timing chain broke and ruined my Engine. i dont know if they are sexist and the mechanic just felt like he knew better than she did or if he was just plain incompetent. Wasted my money, time and an engine.
