I can speak only for myself. I do see some hits and misses in the reviews... I never usually leave reviews. I've experienced: *excellent customer service here *transparency about pricing * awesome discounts *friendliness and care *thorough checks I always go here for any and all car needs. I'd give 10 stars if I could. You should probably call them to see how many people are already waiting, as it is >>>> or just bring plenty to do or read.

So I had my son take my Tesla’s new rim up to Drew’s because my old one was cracked. I told my son to tell them to just use the tire on the old rim there is nothing wrong with it. I even told him they would try to upsell him to new tire. Well that’s exactly what they did and they even went so far as to tell a bald face lie and say that cording was showing on the inside of the tire, we’ll look at the picture below, does that look like a bad tire. What’s even more of a joke is they quoted my son a tire for $740 dollars, what a joke. I can buy new tires for that Tesla all day long for $350 to $450, quality used ones for $150. The tire I had on there was a perreli. Please everyone in this town Drew’s is not only dishonest but they gouge you, what’s even worse is they refused to put tire on and took my sons $25. I will be hitting every review online. I should have listened to the dozen of my friends tell how bad the place is. Good riddance!!

I came here at 7:30 am today for an oil change mike told me it would be 1.5 hours in total between the wait and oil change due to 5 cars ahead of me. I said that was fine I'll be in the car waiting till then it was well passed that time frame and no one had updated me. When I went to get an update He told me the same 5 cars are ahead of me due to some people not coming in. I understand call outs 100% BUT failure to communicate is not acceptable I would have preferred him or someone to tell me " hey I'm sorry I won't be able to meet that time frame due to some unexpected call outs" well before hand and I would have said fine and tried another day. This is a shame I just moved to town have some cars and i am still looking for a good shop to work with and maintain a long lasting business relationship with.

Ordered a set of tires from these guys that were $180 more than what I was quoted from discount tire in Las Vegas. I thought for the convenience I would just stay here locally and support local businesses in Pahrump. When I went to pay I used a credit card and got the receipt and there was an extra $38+ added because of a 3% penalty for the cc. I asked him why he didn’t tell me that before I paid and without saying anything he picked up a notice from the other side of the counter stating that a 3% fee would be applied using a card. I also called discount tire who does not charge any bs fees nor would any reputable big tire company charge such a fee. If also received a call from them saying all my work was done to come in and pick up my stuff and when I got there they where still patching a tire that I had to wait for. Instead of patching the tire the right way from the inside out they just plugged the hole in the tire from the outside and then took a grinder to grind off the plug that they put in it plus ground a bald spot on my tire. This place is a joke and now I know why they get less stars than any one else here in Pahrump. I have to buy tires for my f150 next month and guess who I won’t be buying from.

After being recommended by a friend, I ordered tires and wheels 2 weeks ago. Tires came in immediately. I did have to go back to put the wheels on because of my schedule. Had a little bit of an extra wait. Travis was awesome and took care of us along with Dave and the rest of the team. Travis walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. Thank you guys for the great service.
