Alex helped so many of us that were all stuck on the side of the road after someone's massive piece of metal fell out of their truck and hit everyone's tires. I was able to do majority of the work myself to put the spare on but we couldn't get the bolts off. Alex didn't hesitate to help us take them off and put them back on with his tool. We appreciate it! The driver was so nice. Son had his first accident in his 3 yrs of driving in his way to work and was so nervous and upset. When the driver saw how upset he was, he tried with a little success to make him feel better about the damages. We towed it to Quality Auto which didn't open for 30 min. The driver waited with my son until someone showed up about 20 min later to make sure my son was taken care of. He then talked to the guy that showed and got my son taken care of. Price was good too, but the fact that this driver went above and beyond the call for my scared 21 yr. old means a lot. He got more than what he paid for.

These guys are awesome! My car just broke down this morning and needed to be towed to a shop. In the midst of my meltdown, these guys not only got my car to it's destination, but they helped talk me off the ledge, so to speak. Did I mention they also did it for what I feel is a very fair price?! If I ever need a tow again, this will be my first call.

Great service! My car was parked in a city parking garage and Double D towing was able to get my car out without any trouble! I called another place in town and they were unable to tow because it was in a parking garage. Double D Towing said it would take 20-25 minutes to get there & they showed up in less then 20! It was very affordable and the customer service was great!

They were very prompt, efficient, and friendly! Reasonably priced too! I really appreciated being given an ETA that was accurate as I've had others give me a time and arrive hours later!
