D & M Auto Repair, Smog

Went in to take my 2011 dodge Durango for a simple diagnostic, and to see if it’s something that they can repair, told me to leave it and come back in 2 hours, dropped it off at 9:35 am and came back at 11:45, he did nothing to it, told me that he meant that after 2 hours he would get it to throughout the day when prior to leaving it I told him it is my only vehicle and that I have to work at 3pm, he said he would have a diagnosis in 2 hours, made me feel stupid.. so I took my keys and never going back.. I’m sure he’s a good mechanic and knows what he’s doing but he’s not a man of word.

I'd never go anywhere else I don't know what I'll do if they ever close the shop. The work always 💯 they go way beyond what they have too. What they tell you about your car always on point. Always honest, good quality work dependable, and affordable.

I dont get why ppl gave them a couple 1 stars on some BS ! I have taken my vehicles here two times. They TOTALLY went above and beyond better than anywhere else I've gone. I had a 77 alfa romeo and that thing was a mess! And they spent a week in a half just fixing a bunch of stuff on it for me. Great guys! Luis and Alfonso. Definitely go here if you need help. Like it's a smaller shop, but they do big things! Lol appreciate you guys for taking the Time to help me when no other mechanic would .
