Carrie, on the other hand, was incredibly efficient in handling the paperwork and making sure everything was processed smoothly. Due to a recent collision , I was searching for a paint and body shop. My initial phone call was answered by Monique who had a pleasant, kind, and very helpful approach. She listened intentionally to my questions and concerns and answered every one of them. She immediately spoke to her appraiser and confirmed a day to bring the car in without any question. In arrival here , was greeted by Monique and introduced to Javier who answered all my questions thoroughly and explained the entire procedure from start to finish. Never rushing me. I feel choosing Caliber was the best decision for this incident and I feel they are my and my cars advocate. Would highly recommend them to friends and family!!

I dealt with a gentleman named Ruben. He helped me make a decision regarding a repair to my car. He was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. I used this body shop several years ago when it was Quality Paint & Body and they worked on my Honda Civic. I was 100% satisfied with the results.
