If I could give 10 ⭐️, I would! My husband brought in a tire that needed repair. They advised it would be a could be a couple of hours because they were swamped. Not a problem for us at all. They sent message in less than two hours and I went to pick up and have them install on my car. I could see as soon as I walked in they indeed were visibly swamped and I accepted that it was going to be no less than 45 min. I’m at the counter, explaining about my tire and the gentleman said he’d see if he could pull someone away to get it done. No lie, it was less than 15 minutes and my car was ready with an courteous explanation of service. I then go to counter to pay and … wait for it… NO CHARGE! IT WAS A FREE SERVICE! Repeat! FREE SERVICE!!😲😲 In this era of greed and crappy service everywhere, who does that??! They have made a forever customer. We will forever buy our tires here. I went to change the tires and I did not find them. The employee suggested that I order them online and they would arrive at noon. I accepted and he told me that I would come tomorrow at 8 am to replace them. I came before they opened and waited for 20 minutes with many people, only to discover that they had not arrived and that I had to wait until noon. I waited and lost my day because of the wait. When they called me and said that they had arrived, I went to them and after waiting for 30 minutes until an employee came to talk to me and then he told me that I had to wait for an hour and a half. I told him that I had been trying to change the tires since yesterday and he said, “Okay, we are trying to do this quickly, but now I have been sitting for 40 minutes and my car has been in the parking lot and no one has come to it.” Bad service and bad treatment and they make you wait a long time. I will not come again. A very bad experience.

Discount Tires never disappoints. I would never consider buying or going to anywhere but Discount Tires. Went there today with a screw in my tire. They repaired it quickly at no charge. Unbelievable customer service everytime we walk in there. Thank you and we will definitely be purchasing new tires from them soon. 👍 Great job.

Very happy with the service. Very professional. Thanks Discount Tire! For real. One time long ago, when it was just me and my son, it was only two at the time, and stop by discount tire to see if they would fix.I'll leaky tired that I had. They said they couldn't fix it.Because there wasn't enough tread on the tire. They express concern about how ball the tires were, and that it was dangerous for me to be driving on them. I exclaimed, I had no money to replace them, and then I just needed the one tire repaired. Again, they told me they couldn't fix a tire due to liability. They did ultimately give me four free tires, though, and put them on for me after balancing them. I was shocked. While the tires were used, they were still pretty good and night and day from the tires that were on there. They said, if you can pay it forward sometime, that'd be great, but if you need tires again, come back to us in the future. Ever since this happened, I have never shopped for tires. Anywhere else, knowing that discount tire really did have my back and in the hardest times. People say that never happens.Well it happened to me and i'm forever grateful.

This place is the best. I made an appointment to fix a flat and discovered my tires were pretty much all in dangerously bad shape. They presented me with options at multiple price points, and I was on my way with brand new tires in less than 30 minutes! My husband has also had multiple great experiences with these guys. Highly recommend!

The salesman, Luis, helped me with new tires and rims on Thursday. I made my purchase for the rims online and decided last minute I wanted new tires. He was very friendly and helped me choose the best tire for my car. My old tires were in great condition and I was able to utilize their buy back program. The install of both rims&tires was faster than expected and everyone at that location was kind and considerate!

Been visiting this place the past few years and always great service. I have a discount tires closer to me but choose to hit this spot because of the great service I've had from the first time I went there a few years back. The staff are incredible, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. Special shout out to Sione who goes above and beyond for his customers.
