Took 2 hours to complete a scheduled oil change. When I came to pick it up, a lady politely asked the technician why it was taking so long. He said “I don’t know”. Everyone was just standing around doing nothing. My steering wheel was all greasy and there were black oil marks on my upholstery. I can’t imagine they were careful during the actual oil change. It was affordable compared to something like Valvoline, but I wouldn’t come here if you care about your car, your time, or decent customer service.

Michael checked me in for oil change and tire check on my daughter's Prius. He was knowledgeable and kind. He checked wipers and saw that they looked good and tires were still good too. The price was great and service was excellent by the crew! I did not feel over sold and will definitely come back.

Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs. Oh it will cost you. Walmart may have the same warranties and prices but not the service. Since replacing my tires I bought them at this auto center. I come back because one has a leak. After 30 minutes, I get called to come look for a “lug nut lock” I tell them they’re the only ones who have have installed tires so if they can’t find it was lost by them. They had me go on the work floor and look for it (mind you I have no idea what I’m looking for). They struggle to lower the car then pull it out the shop without even notifying me I could leave I pull over on the side to keep looking for the lug nut key once I looked what it was, AND IT WAS IN THE TRUNK AS IT SHOULD BE. Lexus keeps their trunks very nicely organized. It was in an OEM bag labeled “Lug Nut Key”. Complete waste of time and unprofessional “service”. If you can even call it that. Stick with Discount Tire. Update: My husband went back because the tires are warrantied through Walmart. They said they couldn’t find a leak. Why the hell would we deal with all this in the middle of a military move? They refused to give us a replacement tire. We paid for the warranty for a reason. Micheal the manager did not even apologize for the experience. I don’t write reviews. That just goes to show you. Go to Discount Tire. They’ll take better care of you even if you’re not their customer!

Horrible experience. Ordered tires online, scheduled install for last Friday at 3. Long story short- tires were delivered, no staff on hand to help assist until after I had to move the tires myself. At this point a “tech” appeared and told me the car could not be jacked up without special “pucks” which they did not have on hand. They did recommend buying them online tho. So 4 days later, pucks in hand I find myself at a competitor, pucks never needed to be used.

Horrible experience, they lost my paperwork for my car. Couldn't tell me what type of oil change they did on my car til they got a manager who was finally able to figure out what happened. Also overheard that they partially drained another customers oil before realizing they didn't have his oil in stock to finish the oil change

Walmart for sure is best left for food and clothes. They were out of the oil I needed, however, provided a fair oil change price, Should I bring the oil in from elsewhere, which I decided to do .. being that I was getting my oil changed I decided to ask for a tire rotation, I let him know a tip would be coming his way if he could do that for me. (20 bucks) .. on top of servicing other cars that had got in there after me, and having them drive away before my car was done didn’t even really bother me. I don’t mind being patient, I just really value communication. Tire rotations at a lot of places. I’ve been to are free with oil changes or other work.. Walmart gave off the impression that the concept was true there as well.. even though I mentioned I needed the tire rotation, the employee never once mentioned it wasn’t some thing done on the house regardless of the tip and that it is a $30 service. Every other question I had he had an answer for as far as the cost, it felt like he was trying to get the charge out of me, as well as the tip. Thank God I have a hybrid and I only need an oil change like twice a year. If you go to Walmart for car service, ask questions, and don’t expect normal courtesies that exist the other car service businesses .. here at Walmart . Another good example is no air was added to my tires. Adding air to tires, tire, rotation, and a piece of paper put down on your floorboard while they use your car was standard I thought.
