Service while you wait or schedule to pick up at a later time. I was able to order my tires ahead of time online on the website. Got a notification when they arrived and I was able to wait while they were installed. The service is top notch, employees are fun and easy to talk to.

All good with this shop in the past, but it started with a very slow leak on single run flat tire, minor annoyance. Dealer had just done the annual inspection 6 months previous on the 2yo car and reported ~9/32 on all four corners. Only 2500 miles later I Take it in to see what they can do and oddly I'm grilled about what shop did a 'plug job' on the tire and how run flats should never be plugged. That quickly turns into can't replace just one tire because of tread wear and all wheel system, so you need to buy a new set of tires... Ok fine, I was thinking about doing it anyway next season and I already had a few sets of the Michelin CrossClimate 2 and was super impressed so I take the bait after a little haggling. Life goes on, or so I thought... I was soon mystified by a speed dependent pulsating tire ware sound that got quite loud in the interior above 50mph. I was totally confused, brand new? 1st attempt to resolve with shop, too busy, need to make appointment, first available is in 5 days.. 2nd attempt, show up for appointment, wait 1.5H then told "it must be mechanical issue with the car, tire is perfect, have a nice day" (I have the dealer look at it 2H later (have premium 5y/50m service plan) they can't find any issues, but yes hear the noise! Perhaps alignment source or bad tire.. I get it aligned, after all good idea with new tires, does not solve it) 3rd attempt, show up ask for manager explain the entire thing, they say we'll order up two new for rear and call you asap (almost a week passes I hear nothing) 4th attempt, show up, explain that I'm ready to return the tires because 3 weeks now and this is going nowhere, I'm accused of 'playing games', the appointment is already setup and the new tires are ready to go, so thank god finally they just go ahead replace the two rears and the defective tire sound is gone immediately. Thoughts Discount does not road test, you may have to convince the staff your not just 'playing games'. It's true, occasionally even with the best tires you can get a defective one, why such a hassle and job to convince the staff on top of the bum luck?

I've been here several times over the years. The staff is smart, helpful, and just all around kind. I'm easily intimidated by any car maintenance but always feel safe and confident with these folks. I appreciate their commitment to true customer service.

Will and the team rescued me from a tight spot! After morning sports, I had 2 hungry little kids in back, a red-warning tire pressure alert, and was miles away from home. Pulling into DT on Jackson was the best possible thing I could have done. The team quickly found the screw in our tire and set off to fix it. Not only did they do a great job, the technicians patiently explained each step of the process to my fascinated kids. After the repair was done, they sent the kids off with pizza and a matchbox car each! I was floored to hear this service was totally free. Will and his team turned what could have been a day-wrecker into a positive core memory for my family. On the drive home, my son (6 yo) says - that was the best car place in the whole world. I agree!

I'm not gonna lie my last visit prior to today left me more than frustrated. However the manager responded to my concerns quickly and they went above and beyond to make it right. I've been using this store for years and never had a problem. They have always taken care of me. Understandably not all employees are great, hence the previous issue but the manager Matt definitely is. Hes very professional and understanding. I was absolutely blown away with the service and resolution to my problems. Thanks guys.

Exceptional Customer Service! Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I was greeted before even entering the store. The store door was held open for me. The sales man (Jalen) explained in detail which tires needed replacement, which ones could wait, and provided me with options. I was in and out in under 30mins. This type of customer service is what I would call a “lost art”.

These guys are always very helpful. I've been to them many times to fix the tires on my lawnmower. They never charge me. I've had good experiences with them buying tires for an older SUV, too.

This Discount tire is hands down the best location to bring your vehicle. I came in 10 mins before closing with a flat. I was completely prepared to wait until the morning but he got it done and cut me the BEST deal on a new tire. I won’t ever by tires anywhere else, these guys are beyond generous and kind!

I had a problem immediately after having new tires put on, and the people at Discount were consistently pleasant and helpful in the face of my mystery problem. Turned out the problem was nothing to do with tires, the timing was sheer coincidence. Lots of places are nice to you when you are buying new tires, people who are nice to you when you come back three times in one day with a problem are amazing. And my new tires feel great, but it is the service that keeps me a loyal Discount Tire customer of 30 years.
