Very good and caring workers. They tried to do whatever they could to help fix my car or at least diagnose the issue. Morgan and the other manger really went over and beyond to try to figure out helping me. Unfortunately we couldn’t do anything that day. But Morgan really is a caring person and it’s really appreciated. This team is wonderful and I’m happy they helped me!

I have replaced batteries twice in this store. The staff always went above and beyond to help me out. Today, they helped me change the battery on a cold, windy morning. I gave them some tips to show my gratitude, but they told me they do not accept tips; the battery change is simply free. Thanks!

My go-to among the big auto parts chains. Excellent product displays enable a quick review of the available options. The free OBD2 code scan is fast and convenient, and you'll get a printout to take to the repair shop if the issue is beyond DIY.

Don’t know what this lady’s problem was, but it was unnecessary. i came in earlier today because my car has a check engine light, the lady didn’t greet me until a minute or two later. which is fine, people have things to do, i finish my tasks before moving onto the next too, so i understand. except she just said “what do you want”. told her id like my car to get checked, and she handed me the device and told me to figure it out and that it was easy. everytime ive had my light on, there’s typically somebody else checking instead, so i had no idea how to take care of it. luckily she told me where i should be able to find it, and when i was done to bring it to her. after that she just printed my results and said bye. there was a guy there and i debated just stopping the lady and is interaction and just going to the guy because he seemed friendly. overall, i felt pretty unwelcome and i don’t think ill be returning.

Autozone has been so helpful in diagnosing my car issues! Daysha and Christopher were very helpful with my latest battery issue. Christopher installed my new battery and now my van is running smoother! Thank you to workers like them for saving us money!!!!!

I wish I could give this location zero stars. This AutoZone is arguably one of the worst in the area. The customer service is extremely disappointing; the employees often seem frustrated and are rarely friendly to regular customers. I purchase parts for all my cars here, yet each time I visit, I feel as if I'm being treated with suspicion, as if they're questioning my presence. Unfortunately, I've also encountered instances of unprofessional behavior from the staff. I dislike coming here, but its proximity to my home makes it difficult to avoid. The overall atmosphere is negative, with staff displaying attitudes that make the experience unpleasant.

3 stars because the "management" was awful. Morgan seemed to have a bad day and was taking it out on me. Luckily, Jan, an employee there, helped me out. Morgan most definitely should be demoted and learn to be humble again. I wasn't being passive-aggressive or aggressive to her. Just reflecting her attitude towards me. Did not know the answer to her questions right away, so she didn't bother to help. She just walked off mid into her, "Helping me." Quotes because she didn't even want to help. I get it we all have a bad day, but don't take it out on the people that practically make your paycheck.

Great location, easy in, easy out. Good selection of parts, made easier by ordering online for pickup. Friendly staff that gets you out with what you need quickly.
