Comprehensive Services Offered

Dent Aid, Inc. specializes in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), a highly skilled technique that involves meticulously massaging dents out of a vehicle's body panels from the inside, without disturbing the original paint finish. This method is highly effective for a range of dents and dings and is often preferred due to its cost-effectiveness, faster turnaround, and preservation of the vehicle's factory paint and value. Their specific services under the "Auto Repair Stations" category focus on cosmetic body damage and include:

  • Door Ding Repair: Fixing small, common dents caused by car doors, shopping carts, or minor impacts.
  • Minor Collision Damage Repair: Addressing dents and deformities resulting from low-impact collisions that haven't compromised the paint.
  • Small and Large Dent Repair: Capable of handling a spectrum of dent sizes, from minor blemishes to more significant indentations, provided the paint is intact.
  • Crease Repair: Specialized techniques to remove more complex dents that involve a crease in the metal.
  • Hail Damage Repair: A significant specialty, using PDR to efficiently remove multiple dents caused by hail storms, often a much faster and more affordable alternative to traditional body shop methods for extensive hail damage.
  • Motorcycle Tanks & Fenders: Extending their PDR expertise to motorcycles, repairing dents on these specific components.
  • Classic Cars & Trucks: Highly valued for classic vehicles, as PDR preserves original paint, which is crucial for maintaining the vehicle's historical integrity and value.
  • Exotics: Applying their precise techniques to high-end and luxury vehicles, where preserving the original finish is paramount.
  • Electric & Hybrid Vehicles: Their PDR process is applicable to modern electric and hybrid vehicles as well.
  • Mobile Service: As mentioned, offering on-site repairs at the customer's home or office for ultimate convenience.
  • In-Shop Service: Customers can also bring their vehicles to their physical location in Hudson, NC.

Dent Aid, Inc. is an expert in situations where the paint has not been chipped or cracked, ensuring the vehicle's factory finish remains untouched. This preserves the resale value and avoids issues like color mismatching that can occur with traditional bodywork and repainting.

Dent Aid, Inc. Customer Reviews

What an amazing repair! Thanks for the excellent job. You cannot tell the dent was ever there. Apologies for the poor quality of the before photo. It was taken from a dealer add before I bought the Jeep. I was in and out in less than one hour and the price was very reasonable. Go see these guys if you have dents you need repaired.

To be honest I didn’t expect to not be able to see where the dent was. Eric was on time and professional. Returned my calls and explained what needed to be done. I just purchased my first new vehicle at 53. A Rubicon Gladiator and while putting on running boards it got a ding on the side (oops). When he finished approximately 30-40 minutes later you could not find where the ding was at. Looked like a nickel sized hail ding to start. Freaking amazing and I am hard to surprise! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!

This was a pleasant experience, if car repair can be pleasant. The owner, Rick Stillwell, did an excellent job on the repair! He is very courteous and very upfront about what needs to be done. Very reasonable prices and repair was done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend his company! Photos are before and after. Very pleased!

Eric removed my dent. Another dent removal guy that I called first just said "dang that's bad" and never called me back. Eric took care of it and did a fabulous job. The proof is in the pictures. Before and after the repair. He is in my phone contacts now. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a bike that had been dropped with a dented gas tank; Eric was able to remove the dent and the tank looks new. He was very responsive with great communications and completed the tank when promised. Dent Aid, Inc. will be my go to shop for all dent repairs.
