Buying a car from you guys as one of the most inconvenient things I did in a long time. We bought a certified preowned vehicle. Drove it for three days. When my wife got off work it wouldn’t start. I had to pay a tow company to tow it to Deery. Deery had my car for the next five months trying to figure out what was wrong with it. That means I made five car payments on a car I wasn’t driving. And then before I could get my car back, I had a service bill of $2600. Let me remind you this was a $25,000 certified preowned vehicle that we drove for maybe four days. Ultimately, that’s over $5000 I spent and I had nothing to show for it Meaning, I had no car of my own to drive, and I didn’t get to buy that new golf cart, I was saving up for. I will acknowledge that Deery did eat up some labor fees and a few parts. They also let us have a courtesy car but it wasn’t as nice or big as the one we bought. I did learn that I will not purchase a car from here again and I’m going to go back to only buying new cars.

Deery always takes good care of my 2008 Malibu. It has 78k miles and runs like a top thanks to Deery keeping track of when maintenance is due. I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge Lonnie. She is always so happy and helpful and ready to answer any of my questions. Lonnie is definitely a keeper!!!

My battery just wouldn’t start and they replaced the cable and no charge. Still had issues starting the car. Took it in and they replaced the battery with a new battery! Loyalty for sure, thank you Deery Brothers
