If you are a property manager or security company, do not hire them to tow from the properties in your charge. They have zero common sense. It's bad enough to get your car towed, but then you subject us to a business that has zero ability to process the tows. I had to wait 40 minutes in the blazing sun for the desk person to process two tows ahead of me. He should know that the process takes at least 15 minutes on average per person to process a car. He set these appointments up all at the same time!!! First of all, the process should take 5 minutes tops, all you are doing of collecting payment and checking id's. Bot I watched him, and I could see redundancy in the process. Regardless, they should know how long it takes per person, so you can stagger the appointments. And, to make it worse, there isn't an awning, so you have to deal with the elements while you wait. I felt I was getting heat exhaustion. Then he blames me that I should have gotten there at 12:15 on the dot to be first. I got there at 12:16, and I never knew there were other people that had the exact appointment as me. He made it seem I was the only one. If I had known I would have not made my friend rush from Newport Beach to give me a ride. And the cherry on top, They had my car for only a few hours but charged me a 24-hour storage fee of $85, and they were located about 4 miles from where they got my car, and they charged me $510! Probably was 15 minutes' worth of work. THEY ARE PREDATORS.
