If i can give negative star i will, its a scam company dont trust them they charge me $150 just for their mechanic to come to my place and i talk to three person prior to booking i ask them if they can fix my starter i will pay the $150 they said yes they will fix it on the same day and i talk to the dispatcher before dispatching the mechanic to my knowledge the mechanic was inform of only jump starting i already emphasize that it is a starter issue they said they might not be able to fix it then why would i pay $150 to be diagnose again when i clearly said its the starter already scam scam scam

I called in an emergency to get car towed. They had me waiting for hours in the middle of the night, they charged me ridiculous amounts ($400 for a 20km drive) and tow truck never came. I would have froze to death if it wasnt for a lady that pulled over and helped me. This is an absolute scam company. Stay away from them.

Charged thousand dollars for a starter motor without authorization. Don’t go near this guy For repairs. I was not informed of price prior to work being done would not have authorized. Charged 480$ for starter motor that I could purchase for 110$. Boat was covered in greasy hand marks from one end to the other. Took 45 mins to clean. 2 chips in the fibreglass hull. Would not recommend ever. Won’t give me warranty on starter unless I pay tax. Hung up on me when trying to get question on job performed on boat.

Called for a tow truck and the lady was very unknowledgeable, after 20 minutes she quoted me for 400$ for a tow??? (42km) I’ve never had a company quote that much for a tow, though I may be unknowledgeable, I do have a dramatic car I’ve had towed multiple times and never seen a price like that.

This guy will mess up your boat. Doesnt know what he's doing. Gouged me for used parts. He cost me 450 to take my boat there. Now I have to get a new outboard. Im posting on here so no one else gets scammed by this company. Research what parts cost before you agree with anything he says.
