Do not be discouraged by the size of this amazing auto shop. These guys really know their stuff and I would take any vehicle there any time for any service! The fuel pump on my RAM 2500 blew as I was passing through Princeton on my way home to Delta on the weekend. I had the BCAA tow truck driver drop me at N&L because it is right in downtown Princeton area and near the hotel I had to stay at. They also had good ratings here on Google which gave me good comfort! The shop is not open on the weekend (nor are others in Princeton) thus I was anxiously waiting for them as they opened on Monday morning (obviously with no appointment) after spending two days in Princeton. Although they were backed up with other scheduled jobs, the guys at the shop knew I was in a bind and got on it right away. They did the diagnosis and got the required fuel pump in from the local parts supplier ASAP (luckily it was in stock). With their automotive magic and wizardry, I was on the road a couple of hours later with my truck running better than it had in years! Amazing ! I would definitely take any vehicle there if in Princeton whether it be for scheduled services or an emergency breakdown. A HUGE thank you to the guys at N&L! Your knowledge, attention to my obvious desperation and fantastic service was greatly appreciated !

Had a small auto emergency while passing through town on New Years. They went out of their way to help us out and get us back on the road quickly and safely. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

10 stars for Tim at N & L! He diagnosed and fixed the problem with our taillights in 5 minutes because of his experience and knowledge. He made our trip so much better knowing we could drive after dark. Another shop in another town had not been able to fix the problem in 2 hours so we were incredibly grateful to find Tim and his expertise in Princeton.

Suspected car trouble while traveling, these guys helped me right away and went through it. They were extremely thorough and thankfully didn't find anything. They refused to charge me for the time which was at least an hour and just wanted to make sure it was safe to.continue. good honest old school hospitality the way its supposed to be.
