Too bad there is no 0 star option here. The owner and the business office lady are crooks. Whenever they open their mouth, endless lie comes out. DO NOT BELIEVE IN ANYTHING THEY SAY: THEY ARE HABITUAL LIARS AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY WITHOUT FULFILLING THEIR PROMISE. When I called the owner to inquire about why the repair cannot be done by the initially promised deadline, he yelled at me on top of his lungs: you would not believe that this was the same sweet person who initially received your car to get your business. When the repair got significantly delayed by a month, the office lady called me out of blue and offered that they will cover the extra rental cost due to repair delays, which I thankfully accepted. But it turned out to be a simple lie, because they will not cover the cost and they are not answering my calls. Now I have to be responsible for the extra rental cost b/c D-1 Auto would simply not deliver their promise. If you had the misfortune of entrusting your vehicle, GOOD LUCK. If you were considering, JUST STAY AWAY.

Be cautious and thoroughly inspect the paintwork if you're considering D-1 Auto Body. My experience with them was a complete disaster—they botched the paint job on my Tesla, failing to even match the original color. When I reached out to have them correct their mistake, the owner, Donny, became hostile, shouting and cursing at me. Here’s the background: My insurance company insisted I use D-1 Auto Body for the necessary repairs. Months later, a different auto shop revealed that D-1 hadn't even matched the paint properly. When I contacted Donny, he initially promised to fix it. However, when I brought my car in, he completely refused to take any responsibility. The situation escalated so much that my husband had to step in because Donny’s aggressive behavior made it seem like he might get violent. Even the driver who came to pick us up expressed concern about how out of control Donny was. Ultimately, Donny repainted the car—but only after filing a second claim with our insurance. This is not a business you want to support. Dishonest practices and aggressive behavior are a dangerous combination. Stay away from this place. Bad people don't deserve your business.
